Currently, sprinkler systems for tea plantation management, which are used for watering, fertilizing, and disinfecting purposes, pump water from a water source using a pump and pass it through water conveyance pipes that are buried or rolled into the field. A commonly used method is to install sprinkler nozzles on pillars about 1 m long and set up in a tea garden at a rate of about 6 to 7 per area to sprinkle water.

However, the current situation is that the pipes installed inside the tea gardens are hindering various tasks of tea garden management.

For example, the most problematic issue is that the power plucking machine with an engine, which is currently the mainstay of tea leaf plucking, becomes an obstacle when the machine moves, and this problem will become even more problematic as the machines become larger in the future. It is considered as something that will come. These pipes also become an obstacle during deep plowing work, fertilization, soil improvement, pruning work, etc. in tea gardens.

To solve the above-mentioned problems, if the sprinkler pipes in the fields could be eliminated by some means, it would be possible to improve the efficiency of tea plantation management work, but from a cost standpoint, there are no methods that solve this problem. Not generalized.

As a countermeasure to this problem, it is not technically impossible to cover the entire tea plantation with a structure and sprinkle water from the ceiling of a greenhouse-type building, but this is not common because it is larger and more expensive than the function of a single sprinkler.

As a result of intensive research to solve this problem of piping obstruction, the applicant has decided to utilize covered cheesecloth shelves in tea gardens, which have traditionally been used and installed for the purpose of preventing frost damage in tea gardens and for early delivery. By installing a water conduit for a sprinkler on the support rail of this shelf and installing a sprinkler nozzle in the appropriate place, an ideal tea garden management shelf that can be sprinkled with water is provided.

To explain the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings, FIG. 1 shows a sectional view of a tea garden management shelf, and FIG. 2A shows a plan view thereof. Moreover, FIG. 2B shows a side view.
A represents a tea ridge, on which a cheesecloth 6 supported by a support 4 is covered. This cheesecloth net 6 is constructed so that it can be opened and closed as required by a wire rope 5 and a rail 7 stretched over the wire rope 5.

The sprinkler system of the present invention is such that a water conduit 1 is connected to the existing wire rope 5 and a sprinkler nozzle 3 is disposed at an appropriate position on the water conduit 1, and its structure is shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. As is clear from the figure, the water pipe 1 is made of synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride and is covered with a heat insulating material 2. And this water pipe 1
is fixed to the wire rope 5 of the management shelf by a band 3, and is piped over the tea ridge A. In the figure, 7 is a rail for opening and closing the net 6.

A sprinkler nozzle 3 is attached to the water conduit 1 at a suitable position, and the inside of the management shelf is sprinkled with water by the spray emitted from the nozzle 3, so that the tea rows A are managed in an optimal state.

画期的効果を奏するものである。
Since the sprinkler device for tea garden management of the present invention has the above-described structure, the water conduit is not buried in the side of the tea ridge A, so the operation of the working machine can be carried out without interfering with work such as picking tea leaves. In addition to making it smooth, since the tea ridges A are covered with netting in the management device of the present invention, the sides of the four pillars 4 installed at the four corners of the tea garden should be covered with windproof netting. This allows the entire tea garden to become a semi-enclosed space, making it possible to create a greenhouse condition, and by changing the sprinkler nozzles from watering to spraying, the interior of the tea garden can be made ideal for growing tea. It is also possible to maintain the state of the morning mist, and it has an epoch-making effect not seen in conventional tea gardens in terms of tea garden management.
