上面に熱可塑性合成樹脂系の感熱型接着剤を予め
塗布したハードボード、合板等の硬質芯部材を
夫々重合したのち外被シートの周縁部を上方に向
つて捲り返して同部を上記の芯部材の外周縁部の
上面に重合すると共に芯部材の上面に枠状を呈し
且つその内部に水平状に配した押圧板をバネの弾
発力によつて圧下するようにした上部電極を押下
し、押圧板によつて芯部材と外被シート間の余分
な空気を外方に圧出すると共に外被シートの捲返
部の上面に上部電極の下面を押圧し、この押圧状
態に於て上下電極に高周波電圧を印加して捲返部
を芯部材に於ける上記の接着剤塗布面に熔着する
ことを特徴とする椅子の座等の製造方法。
