点検が極めてむつかしくなるという欠点がある。 In conventional railway track inspection vehicles, there are only a few places on the track to inspect (only two rails) and the detection device is relatively simple, so the detection device was attached to the running bogie or the bottom of the underframe. . However, in systems where running tracks and guide tracks are provided separately, such as in recently developed magnetic levitation railways, the shape of the track becomes complicated and the number of locations to be measured increases. The undercarriage structure of the vehicle has become complex, and if the inspection device is attached to the traveling trolley or the lower part of the underframe as in the past, maintenance of the inspection device,
The disadvantage is that inspection is extremely difficult.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a track inspection vehicle that is easy to install, and allows for easy maintenance, inspection, and adjustment even when the inspection device has a complicated structure to inspect a track with a special shape. It is something.

In the figure, 1 is an underframe, 2 is a car body, 3 is a truck, and 4 is an inspection device that is attached to the truck and detects the deviation of the track 5. 6 is a measuring device that calculates and records the deviation of the track 5 detected by the detecting device 4, and 7 is a power generating device provided to supply power to the measuring device and other equipment, both of which are installed inside the vehicle body. . In this configuration, the inspection device 4 is attached to the lower part of the bogie 3 or the underframe 1, which makes maintenance and inspection difficult. Especially when the track shape is complicated, such as in magnetic levitation railways, the locations to be measured are difficult to maintain. As the number increases, this tendency becomes stronger.

置である。 Fig. 2 is a side view of an embodiment of a track inspection vehicle according to the present invention, which inspects the tracks of a magnetically levitated railway, and Fig. 3 is a side view showing the structure of the mounting part of the inspection device shown in Fig. 2. 4 is a front view of FIG. 3.
In the figure, 1a is an underframe configured to correspond to a convex track 5a and straddle the track 5a, and 2a is fixed to the top surface of the underframe 1a, dividing the interior into two chambers and measuring one chamber. Room A, one other room as machine room B
This vehicle body was designed to be used as a vehicle. 4a is a measuring device (for example, the
52-2899) and is supported by a gate-shaped inspection frame 10, which is a member supported in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body at the end of the underframe 1a, that is, the inspection device. It is supported by a support arm 8 provided to protrude by the length of 4a. 6a is measurement room A
A measuring device 7a is installed in the machine room B to calculate and record the detection results of the measuring device 4a, and 7a is a power generator installed in the machine room B to supply power to the measuring device 6a and other devices. Reference numeral 9 denotes a cooling device unit provided to improve the living comfort in the measurement room A and to protect the measurement equipment 6a and the like. 11 is a vibration-proof rubber installed between the upper surface of the support arm 8 formed on the underframe 1a and the central lower surface of the inspection frame 10; 12 is a vibration-proof rubber installed between both sides of the lower part of the inspection frame 10 and the end surface of the underframe 1a; Anti-vibration rubber 13 is installed between the test frame 10 and prevents the test frame 10 from shaking in the front-rear direction. This is a connecting device attached to the tip of the support arm 8.

The towing vehicle travels on the track 5a, and the measuring device 4a detects the deviation of the track 5a. Then, the detection results of the measuring device 4a are calculated and recorded by the measuring device 6a.

In addition, even a special measuring device that is difficult to install with the conventional structure of attaching it to the lower part of the underframe or to the truck can be easily attached. Furthermore, since the inspection frame 10 is gate-shaped and is mounted on the support arm 8 which is provided with the coupling device 13 at the tip, the inspection frame 10 is mounted on a towing vehicle or other vehicle with the inspection device 4a attached. Vehicles can be easily connected, and the inspection device 4a can be maintained and inspected while a towing vehicle or the like is connected, and the inspection frame 10 can be easily attached and detached using a crane or the like.

The horizontal load is supported on the underframe 1a via vibration isolating rubber 12. With this configuration, the vibration isolating rubbers 11 and 12 absorb particularly high-frequency vibrations caused by the running of the vehicle body 2a, and the vibrations of the inspection frame 10 itself can be suppressed. Therefore, the accuracy of the measurement results measured by the measurement device 4a can be improved. Furthermore, since the inspection frame 10 is supported by the underframe 1a, disturbances can be reduced when inspecting the track 5a compared to when the inspection frame 10 is attached to the vehicle body 2a.
