In Figure 2, the transistor T1 is
The collector current and base current of Q1 are wound in a positive loop to cause self-oscillation, and the pulse output from the secondary side is converted into a positive triangular wave potential by an integrating circuit of resistor R4 and capacitor C3. Also, from the flyback of the pulse output, two types of negative potentials are created by the diode D3 and the capacitor C4, and the positive and negative currents flow through the base of the transistor Q2 through the resistor R5, operating the transistor Q2 and controlling the control transistor Q. The emitter of 3 is connected to the negative potential, and the base is connected to the positive side of the DC output voltage through the comparison circuit 3. When the DC output voltage becomes higher than a certain value, the comparison circuit 3 detects it and the voltage is proportional to the transistor Q 3 . The base current flows to lower the impedance, bringing the base potential of transistor Q 2 closer to a negative potential, narrowing the ON time, and when the voltage drops below a certain value, increasing the ON time, thereby increasing the output voltage of a constant voltage. You can get it. Therefore, there is no need for complex pulse width control, no auxiliary power supply is required, the circuit is simplified, the number of parts is small, the device is compact, and it has a stable output voltage at low cost.
A DC-DC converter is obtained.

Further, in FIG. 3 of the embodiment of the present invention, in addition to the potential of the positive triangular wave, it is amplified via the pulse transformer T3, and it is possible to switch a large current.
Furthermore, in Fig. 4, a positive DC voltage is generated and amplified by the diode D1 and the capacitor C5, which sequentially operates the transistors Q 4 , Q 5 , and Q 2 , which allows for larger pulse current and switching, thereby increasing the current. Small size with stable output voltage
A DC-DC converter can be provided.
