【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、クロスロール圧延機の改良に関す
る。
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to improvements in cross-roll rolling mills.

本出願人は、ロールをクロスして圧延する事に
より圧延製品の板巾方向の厚み分布を制御する方
法として、特開昭55−64908号公報及び特開昭55
−153605号公報等に示されたものを既に提案して
いる。これらの圧延機は上ロールと下ロールを、
圧延方向と直角な線に対してそれぞれ所要の角度
に交差させることができるようにしたものであ
る。そのクロス機構については、本出願人は、特
開昭55−153606号公報、特願昭55−32612号、お
よび特願昭55−32613号の明細書(特開昭56−
131004及び特開昭56−131005号公報参照)に具体
的に提案している。これら提案のものは、上ロー
ル、下ロールのロールチヨツクを直接または間接
に、ハウジングまたはハウジングに取付けられた
受台に設けられたジヤツキによつて、駆動側と作
業側を逆方向に同量移動させ、ロールを圧延機中
心を通る鉛直軸まわりに回動して上下ロールを互
いにクロスさせるようになつている。

ト.プレート、10は油圧圧下シリンダ、13
a,13b,13c,13dは上ロール用ジヤツ
キ、13a′,13b′,13c′,13d′は下ロール
用ジヤツキ、15はパスライン調整用ライナ、2
1はアツパビーム、21′はボトムビーム、22
は上クロスビーム、22′は下クロスビームをそ
れぞれ示す。この提案のロールクロス機構は、下
ロール用ジヤツキ13a′,13b′,13c′,13
d′を駆動し、これらジヤツキにより下クロスビー
ム22′を介して下ロールチヨツク6′,7′を押
圧することによりロールのクロス動作を行なうよ
うになつている。ところが、この提案のロールク
ロス機構を具えたクロス式圧延機は、下ロールチ
ヨツク7′とボトムビーム21′間にパスライン調
整用ライナ15がはさまれているので、ロールク
ロス動作が繰り返えされて、該ライナ15が滑つ
てずれたり、摩耗したりする等の欠点がある。

し、かつロールクロス動作時、下バツクアツプロ
ールチヨツク、パスライン調整用ライナ及びスラ
イドベースを同時に一体的に移動せしめるように
構成してなることを特徴とするクロスロール圧延
機に係るものである。

て駆動される下クロスビーム22′が、下バツク
アツプロールチヨツク7′とスライドベース14
の双方に同時に当接してそれら両部材を一体的に
移動せしめるように、スライドベース14の形
状、寸法は設定される。また、スライドベース1
4が水平移動可能なように、ハウジング8との間
に適当なすき間が設けられている。

く、常に所要のクロス角にロールを設定する。
