本発明は日本酒、米酢あるいは醤油等の醸造用
に好適な液体の過方法およびその装置に関する

従来、例えば日本酒や米酢を醸造する工程にお
いては原液中の滓成分を除去するために過装置
が使用されている。この従来の過装置は、中枠
と外枠との間に紙を張設挾持させた方形の枠
によつて構成され紙を通過させることによつて
原液から滓成分を分離している。しかしながらか
かる従来装置においては、紙の一方の面に残留
した滓成分の回収除去に多くの労力と時間を要
し、更にこの滓成分の回収作業のために過作業
を中断しなければならない等の不都合があり、特
に小企模な醸造設備をもつた業界においては過

善に役立つ過方法およびその装置を提供するも
のであつて、過方法にあつては、渦巻き状通路
を形成した過材を傘状の支持トレー上に載置
し、該過材の外端開口部から内端開口部に向つ
て液体を注入しながら該過材上において該過
材の通路を横切る方向に配した少なくとも2個の
コニカルローラを該過材を圧縮しながら外端開
口部から内端開口部に向う渦巻き方向に回動せし
め、外端開口部から注入した液体を内端開口部に
向つて圧縮移動させながら過することを特徴と
し、また過装置にあつては、傘状の支持トレー
上に渦巻き状チユーブタイプの過材が載置さ
れ、該過材の中心位置に回転軸が立設されて該
回転軸に該過材を押圧可能な少なくとも2個の
コニカルローラがその大径部を外方となして放射
状にかつ該過材上を回動可能に軸支され、該
過材の外端開口部側が原液供給源に接続され内端
開口部側が滓回収側に接続されていることを特徴

いる。7は過材であつて、該過材7は第2図
および第3図に示しているように渦巻状のチユー
ブタイプであつて、上記した傘状の支持トレー1
上に載置され、外端開口部7Aは該支持トレー1
を通して原液供給パイプ8に接続され、内端開口
部7Bは支持トレー1を通して滓回収パイプ9に
接続されている。支持トレー1上に載置された上
記渦巻き状の過材7上には、該支持トレー1の
斜面2と同等な傾斜テーパーを有する2本のコニ
カルローラ10,10がその大径側を外側となし
て、かつその下周面によつて過材7を圧縮する
位置にセツトされて配設されている。そして該コ
ニカルローラ10,10は上記支持トレー1の中
心部を貫通して延びる回転軸11に支持されて該
回転軸11と直交する方向に延びる軸12,12
にベアリング13,13を介して回転自在に取付
けられ、該回転軸11が例えばモータ13からウ
オーム14およびウオームホイール15を介して
緩やかに回転されると、該コニカルローラ10,
10は過材7を圧縮しながら該過材7上を回
動するようになつている。図中16は上部カバー

液を供給パイプ8を通して過材7の外端開口部
7Aから最外側のチユーブ7C内に向つて圧送す
ると原液はコニカルローラ10,10間の最外部
のチユーブ7Cの内部に満たされる。続いてコニ
カルローラ10,10が回動するにともなつて最
初の原液は両コニカルローラ10,10によつて
実質的に仕切られた弧状のチユーブ内をその容積
を縮少されながら内側チユーブに向つて送られる
とともに新たに外端開口部8から原液が圧入され
る。このようにしてコニカルローラ10,10が
過材7上を該過材7を圧縮しながら回動する
ことにより、外端開口部7Aから圧入された原液
は、該コニカルローラ10,10によつて仕切ら
れた円弧部分の容積が順次縮少されながら渦巻き
状の通路を内側に向つて移動し、その間円弧状部
分の容積の縮少分に相当する量が過されて流出
口6から清浄液として取出されることになる。即
ち、第5図に略示しているように2個のコニカル
ローラ10,10によつて仕切られた円弧状部分
の容積は、該コニカルローラ10,10が180゜
移動する毎に次第に減少し、その減少分17が強
制的に過されて流出口6から取付されるととも
に最後に最内側のチユーブ7Dの内端開口部7B
と1つのコニカルローラ10とによつて仕切られ
た最短の円弧チユーブ7Eの部分内に残留した原
液が過せざる滓と共に回収パイプ9から排出さ

ラの数は原液内の滓含有量によつて適宜決定すれ
ばよい。また渦巻き状の過材7は不織布、織布
等の2枚の過布を重ね合せ、渦巻き状にミシン
掛けあるいは熱接着することによつて所望の大き

に向う渦巻き方向に回動せしめ、外端開口部7A
から注入した液体を内端開口部7Bに向つて圧縮
移動させながら過するものであり、過材7の
渦巻き通路内に注入された液体は、コニカルロー
ラ10,10によつて仕切られた円弧状の容積を
コニカルローラ10,10の回動にともなつて徐
徐に縮少されながら、かつ過材7の通路内を流
動しながら過されるから、過されずして残留
した滓は順次渦巻き状の過材の内端開口部7B
に向つて流動され、残留原液と共に排出される。
したがつて過材の目詰りが極めて少なく長時間
の連続過作用を遂行し得るから、従来のように
過装置の交換や洗滌による過作用の中断回数
が著しく減少し、生産効率が向上する。そして上
記したごとき傘状の支持トレー、渦巻き状の過
材およびコニカルローラからなる過材を上下方
向に配して多段過装置となし、滓と共に排出さ
れた残留原液を貯留したのち再度下段の過部に
おいて過すれば、原液損失が少なく歩留りのよ
い過が達成されるなど、特に日本酒、米酢、醤
