この発明は、コードリールにおいて、コードを
リールドラムから引出す際には、そのコードの引
出しにつれて、案内ローラを、牽引弾発ばねの弾
発牽引力に抗し、上方に引上げ、作動腕杆を枢軸
を中心として上方に回動し、これに伴つてブレー
キシユーの楔着を外して、コードを自由に引出す
ことができると共に、コードの引出しを止める
と、作動腕杆は屈曲垂下腕杆と案内ローラの重み
によつて、下方に回動され、これに伴つて、ブレ
ーキシユーがリールドラムの一側の円板状側枠の
外周円面と、ブレーキガイドの誘導面との間に楔
合させて、リールドラムの慣性力による回動を制
御させて、コード引出しの際のリールドラムの回
転オーバランを防止させて、余分のコードの引出
しを防止させるようにしたコードリールにおける
コード引出しの際のリールドラムの回転オーバラ
ン防止装置に関するものである。
従来、線材繰出機における制動装置として、機
台に回転しないように装着した固定軸に巻枠を回
転自在に軸架し、その巻枠の一方の側板中央部に
凹設した内腔の円形周側面にゴム板等を貼着して
ブレーキの摺接面とし、固定軸に固設した円板で
内腔を蓋装すると共に、先端に線材案内環を固設
した制御杆の基端を円板の外側に揺動自在に軸着
し、その制御杆の裏面から突設した作動杆を円板
の偏心内孔を貫通させて内腔内に臨ませ、更に、
円板の裏面に基端を軸着して揺動自在に取付けた
偏心円弧状のブレーキの先端部に形成せる長溝内
に、作動杆の先端を嵌装して連結し、制御杆の自
重による下降に伴つて作動杆を介し、ブレーキを
内腔内の摺動面に摺動させて巻枠を緩衝的に制動
するようにしたものが公知に属している。
この従来装置によれば、ロープ、電線等の線条
材料の繰返しを制御すると共に、巻枠の惰勢回転
に自動的に制動作用を与え、上記線材の繰出しを
自動的に防止することができるし、本案は更に上
述の如き作用を有するものにおいて、回転される
巻枠自体の重量をできるだけ軽量にして回転惰勢
をできるだけ小さくすると共に、巻枠の側方に一
体に突出する部分をなくして巻枠内部の巻線収容
幅をできるだけ大きく設計できるようにし、更に
線材繰出機自体の横幅の縮小と共に、その簡素化
を実現することに成功したものであつて、本案の
上述の構成によれば、巻枠と一体になつて回転す
る部材は、巻枠の一方の側板の中央部内側に設け
た内腔とそれに貼着したゴム板のみであつて、そ
の内腔構成は巻枠芯部の補強を兼ね、巻枠自体の
重量の格別な増加要素にならないので回転惰性の
増加とならず、制動効果を向上すると共に、巻枠
の側方に設けた制動機構は円板と制御杆のみであ
つて、制動の主機構(内腔、摺動面、ブレーキ
等)は、巻枠内に介装せるため、巻枠の巻線装着
幅を最大限に取り得るし然も繰出機幅も小さくて
すむという大きな利点がある上、上述の如く巻枠
を無理なく円滑にかつ緩衝的に制動し得るもので
あつて、制動装置を巻枠の側方に突出させて付加
した従来の繰出機における欠点を解消することが
できたものである。
これに対して、この出願の発明は、並行両側枠
柵を連結して構成されたリールドラム取付け機枠
の両側枠柵間に亘架された支軸にリールドラムが
軸架されて成るコードリールにおいて、前記両側
枠柵間に亘架させた支軸の位置より稍々上方位置
の両側枠柵の外側に枢軸が突設されていて、その
枢軸に、夫々先端に屈曲垂下腕杆連設させた作動
腕杆の根本が枢着されていると共に、その両側屈
曲垂下腕杆の下部先端縁の対向内側に、前記両側
枠柵の前側枠杆の前面に対接する案内ローラが軸
架されていて、また、前記両側作動腕杆の中の一
側作動腕杆の中途内側に前記リールドラムの一側
円板状側枠の外周円面と、前記前側枠杆の背面に
突設したブレーキガイドの誘導面との間に楔合す
る楔形のブレーキシユーが設けられ、そのブレー
キシユーは、一方の作動腕杆の根本と、一側枠柵
の下部とが、牽引弾発ばねにて弾発牽引されるこ
とによつて、前記リールドラムの外周円面と、ブ
レーキガイド片の誘導面とに楔合されてそのブレ
ーキシユーの摩擦楔合によつてリールドラムの回
転オーバランが抑制されている装置であつて、こ
の出願の発明によれば、コードリールにおいて、
コードをリールドラムから引出す際には、そのコ
ードの引出しにつれて案内ローラを牽引弾発ばね
の弾発牽引力に抗して、上方に引上げ、作動腕杆
を枢軸を中心として上方に回動し、これに伴つて
ブレーキシユーの楔着を外してコードを自由に引
出すことができると共に、コードの引出しを止め
ると、作動腕杆は屈曲垂下腕杆と案内ローラの重
みによつて、下方に回動され、これに伴つて、ブ
レーキシユーがリールドラムの一側の円板状側枠
の外周円面と、ブレーキガイドの誘導面との間に
楔合させて、リールドラムの慣性力による回動を
制御させてコード引出しの際のリールドラムの回
転オーバランを防止させて、余分のコード引出し
を防止させることができることになる。
従つて、前記従来公知の装置は、この出願の発
明における装置の構造と相違し、この出願の発明
の如き作用効果を奏するものではない。
それ故、この出願の発明は、前記公知の装置と
相違し、これから容易に発明することができたも
のではない。
図面について、この出願の発明を次に説明す
る。両側枠柵11,12を並列し、連結杆2,2
によつて一体に連結してリールドラム取付け機枠
3が構成されその機枠3の両側枠柵11,12間
に亘架した支軸4にリールドラム5を軸架させて
コードリールが構成されていて、前記両側枠柵間
に亘架させた前記支軸4の位置より稍々上方位置
の両側枠柵11,12の外側に突設した枢軸6
1,62に、夫々先端に両側垂下腕杆71,72
を連設させた作動腕杆81,82の根本を枢着さ
せ、その両側屈曲垂下腕杆71,72の下部先端

よつて、前記リールドラム5の外周円面16と、
ブレーキガイド片の誘導面18とに摩擦楔合さ
れ、そのブレーキシユーの楔合によつて、リール
ドラム5の回転オーバランを抑制させるようにな
る。
また、前両側枠柵11,12の下側に、地面ま
たは床面22に接地する底枠杆23が設けられ、
