Some towels have patterns made of multicolored yarn-dyed yarn, but in many cases the designs are created by printing multicolored prints on the pile surface using a screen printing machine.

とを特徴とするものである。 The present invention is a printing method that can simultaneously print an interesting pile fabric in a screen printing process, which has a shadow-like part where only the ground yarn is printed on the pile fabric and a surface tone where the pile yarn is printed. In this method, a pile fabric is woven using threads that have been treated with a pre-preparation agent for the ground weft and/or ground warp, and a desired pattern is first printed on the pile fabric using any color developing paste. Then, a desired pattern is printed on the pile surface using a highly adhesive pigment colored paste, and then strong alkali scouring and bleaching treatment are performed.

The treated yarn is used as ground weft to weave a pile fabric, and the pile fabric is first coated with Blue・Salt.
A desired pattern is printed on the pile surface using a dye containing B・B (color developing paste manufactured by Hoechst Japan Co., Ltd.) to develop color on the weft yarns, and then, for example, a dark blue pigment paste is used to print a desired pattern on the pile surface. A printed towel is produced by directly printing from the pile surface at a position different from the printed area using the developer paste, followed by strong alkali scouring, bleaching, softening, and tumble drying.

The color and pattern of the pile surface harmonize with each other to create a printed towel with a three-dimensional effect in shades of light and shade.

The temperature was lowered to approximately 50℃, and a 33% formalin aqueous solution was added to this solution.
Approximately 60g of the subbing agent added to 3.75Kg of cotton thread is absorbed. Next, this cotton yarn is used as the ground weft to weave a pile fabric. Next, this pile fabric is fed to a multicolor screen printing machine with the pile side facing up, and first, in the first printing frame,
Blue, salt B.B2.5~5.5 for 1000c.c. size liquid
After coloring the weft threads by printing a desired pattern from the pile surface using a developing paste containing 1.25% acetic acid aqueous solution with a concentration of 50% and 50%, the pile fabric is moved to the next printing frame section, and the pile fabric is moved to the next printing frame. In the printing frame area, printing was performed using a pigment paste of a different color from the developer paste on the pile surface other than the area printed by the developer paste.
The pile fabric that has been printed is then scoured for 40 minutes in a strong alkaline solution containing 5 g of solid caustic soda and 2 anionic activators at a bath ratio of 1:10 at a temperature of 85°C, followed by 3 g of available chlorine per bath. First bleaching treatment is performed by immersing in room temperature sodium hypochlorite at a ratio of 1:10 for 30 minutes, followed by 10 parts by weight of a 35% hydrogen peroxide solution, 7 parts by weight of stabilizer, and 2 parts by weight of anionic activator. After performing a secondary bleaching treatment by immersing it in a hydrogen peroxide solution consisting of 3 parts by weight of a fluorescent dye and the remainder water, it was softened with an anionic softener to make the tan plastic. Dry.

物、例えばタオルを得ることができる。 Therefore, when the pile fabric printed by the method of the present invention is viewed from the pile surface, the shadow-like color tone dyed with the developer paste appears between the printed patterns on the surface of the pigment paste, which is different from the conventional printed pile. It is possible to obtain a pile fabric, such as a towel, which exhibits a beautiful design effect that is different from that of textiles, and is rich in fashionability.
