Conventionally, waterproof structures have been known as asphalt waterproof structures in which multiple layers of asphalt are laminated on a base surface, and single-layer sheet waterproof structures in which polymeric waterproof sheets are sequentially jointed and pasted. It is being However, the asphalt waterproof structure is excellent in terms of waterproofness and reliability against impact, but
The disadvantage is that the construction work is complicated and cracks are likely to occur when behavior occurs on the underlying surface.Sheet waterproof structures have the advantage of being easy to construct and are less prone to cracking, but are susceptible to damage due to impact. Moreover, since the joint part is formed of a single layer structure, the waterproof property is easily deteriorated.

The present invention provides a new waterproof structure that solves the drawbacks of the joint parts of these asphalt waterproof structures and sheet waterproof structures. A first waterproof layer having a seam formed from a polymeric waterproofing lower layer is formed, and a second waterproofing layer having a seam formed from a pressure sensitive adhesive layer and a polymeric waterproofing upper layer is formed on the surface of the waterproofing layer. The waterproof layers are laminated such that the joint portion of the first waterproof layer and the joint portion of the second waterproof layer are perpendicular or parallel and do not overlap.

In FIG. 1, H is the base surface, A is a non-woven fabric impregnated with an impregnating substance such as rubber or rubberized asphalt,
A sheet material with air diffusion ability such as a porous sheet such as paper impregnated to an extent that does not impair the air permeability of the sheet, or an open-cell foam sheet or film mainly made of rubber and/or synthetic resin. A layer consisting of a sheet or film-like material (approximately 0.1 to 3 mm thick); B is a polymer waterproof lower layer consisting of a polymer waterproof sheet (approximately 0.5 to 3 mm thick) mainly made of rubber and/or synthetic resin; be. During construction, layer A and layer B are formed by pasting the sheet-like material constituting layer A onto the base surface H using an adhesive, primer, etc., and then pasting the sheet constituting layer B in the same manner. Alternatively, the sheet materials constituting the layer A and the layer B may be bonded together in advance and then bonded to the base surface H via the material surface constituting the layer A. The material constituting layer A diffuses moisture generated from the base surface H or air trapped during pasting into layer A, and effectively prevents layer B from blistering. Then, layer A and layer B constitute a first waterproof layer having a joint portion. On the surface of the first waterproof layer configured in this way, there is a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer C (thickness approximately 0.05 to 2 mm) mainly made of rubber and/or synthetic resin and a polymer layer mainly made of rubber and/or synthetic resin. A second waterproof layer is formed, including a polymeric waterproof upper layer D made of a waterproof sheet (approximately 0.5 to 3 mm thick). Note that the adhesive layer C is formed in advance on the polymeric waterproof sheet constituting the waterproof upper layer D before use.

As shown in the figure, the first waterproof layer and the second waterproof layer are laminated so that their seams are perpendicular to each other.
Note that in the figure, a indicates a waterproof adhesive tape attached to the joint, and b indicates a caulking material, which may be used alone or in combination.

FIG. 2 shows another example, in which a first waterproof layer consisting of layer A and layer B is superimposed on the base surface H, with one end in the length direction overlapping the other adjacent layers A and B, In addition, a second waterproof layer consisting of layer C and layer D is formed so that the length direction of layer B (A) and the length direction of layer D (C) are perpendicular to each other.
Furthermore, one end of the two is overlapped and pasted in the same way.

FIG. 3 is an embodiment showing another aspect of the present invention, which is composed of a layer A having air diffusion ability and a polymeric lower layer B through a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer E that has air permeability on the base surface H. A first waterproof layer is formed. The materials constituting each of the layers E, A, and B are used in advance by integrally combining the three materials. In this example, the second waterproof layer, which has a seam made up of layers C and D, has a seam in the longitudinal center of the first waterproof layer, which has a seam made up of layers E, A, and B. The parts are attached parallel to each other so that they do not overlap.

As a method of imparting air permeability to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer E, layer E may be partially formed on the surface of layer A;
There is a method of dispersing a breathable material such as foam powder in the adhesive layer E, but it is also possible to select various materials for the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer E and take advantage of the breathability inherent in the adhesive. , is included within the scope of the phrase "providing ventilation ability" in the present invention.

Further, the polymeric waterproof lower layer B is composed of a polymeric waterproof sheet made of rubber and/or synthetic resin as described above, but includes non-vulcanized rubber,
A group of unvulcanized rubbers that contain a vulcanizing agent but are not completely vulcanized, and semi-vulcanized rubbers that are only partially vulcanized due to reasons such as a small amount of vulcanizing agent added. It is preferable that the layer B is made of a type of rubber selected from the following, since the adhesive strength with the layer C becomes strong.

As described above, in the waterproof structure of the present invention, since a layer having air diffusion ability is formed directly on the base surface or through a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer imparted with breathability, the so-called so-called waterproof structure is formed by forming a layer having air diffusion ability on the base surface directly or through a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer imparted with breathability. Does not cause blisters, and the waterproof layer has a laminated structure of the first waterproof layer and the second waterproof layer, and the seams are located perpendicular to each other, or the seams are laminated in parallel without touching at all. As a result, the joint portion of the first waterproof layer is reinforced by the second waterproof layer, and therefore, the waterproof property of the joint portion is maintained over a long period of time.
Moreover, since the waterproof layer has a laminated structure, it has the characteristic that it can sufficiently resist external shocks.
