可動外刃5の内面には一端が回転軸9に掛止され
たスプリング11の他端が掛止され、これによつ
て可動外刃5は常に内刃7方向へ圧接されている
と共に、可動外刃5の内面下端部近傍に付設され
たガイドピン12の先端部も偏心カム10の周面
に圧接されている。また、可動外刃5の下端縁は
外刃フレーム3の内側に形成された案内面13に
当接している。なお、この案内面13の傾斜は、
可動外刃5のスリツト8の側端縁が移動する軌跡
と略等しい勾配にすることが望ましい。
