Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、主トレイと補助トレイを含めてなる
回転収納式の排紙トレイに関し、特に複写機のコ
ピーされた紙を受けるのに使用して有効なもので
ある。

る。すなわち、小さな複写機を望むコーザーにと
つては、複写機本体の小型化とともに、カセツト
および排紙トレイをも含めた専有面積の縮小化が
強く望まれている。

排紙トレイの専有面積を縮小化する試みとして

や、補助トレイの切り欠き部で紙折れが発生する
という欠点があつた。

納・開放した場合に、安定した紙送りができる主
トレイと補助トレイを主体としてなる回転収納式
の排紙トレイを提供せんとするものである。

トレイ2を回動可能に支承している。そして主ト
レイ1には排紙を受ける第1面3と補助トレイ2
を回動収納できるよう段差4を有して第2面5が
形成されている。また、第2面5には第1面3よ
り延長した高さの紙案内リブ6を略中央部に設け
ている。

いようコピー紙の通過面とのなす角を鋭角に形成
してある。8は補助トレイ2の端部に形成した切
欠で、第2図aに示す如く補助トレイ2を主トレ
イ1に収納したときに、主トレイ1の第2面5に
設けられた紙案内リブ6が障害とならないように
したものである。主トレイ1と補助トレイ2の回
動接続部は、第1図bに示す如く、補助トレイ2
の接続端部をL型9に形成して主トレイ1の接続
端部を受けるようにしている。これは、また、補
助トレイ2の開放位置を主トレイ1の第2面5と
略同一平面となるように規正する役目も併せもつ
ている。

もなく、スムーズな紙送りが可能であり、複写機
の省スペースが実現できる。

補助トレイを回動可動可能に支承すると共に前記
主トレイの第2面と補助トレイに亘る略中央部に
長孔を、かつ補助トレイの端部に該補助トレイを
主トレイに収納したときに前記主トレイの第2面
に設けた紙案内リブに障害とならない程度の切欠
きを設け、前記主トレイの接続端部の長孔両側に
前記補助トレイのL型接続端部を支持する支持部
材を設けてなることを特徴とする排紙トレイ。 2 主トレイと補助トレイの表裏両面に補強リブ
を複数個形成したことを特徴とする特許請求の範
囲第1項記載の排紙トレイ。
