本発明は2点切接点開閉装置の改良に関するも

従来より2点切接点開閉装置は1点切よりも端
子間耐圧が高くなることが知られており、高圧回
路の開閉に広く用いられているが、1回路の開閉
用として用いる2組の接点を同時に投入させるた
めの組立時の調整が容易でなく、どうしてもいず
れか一方の接点でのみ回路を開閉するという現象
が起り、その接点が消耗すればするほどその傾向
は強まるので、全ての接点を有効に利用できない
という欠点があつた。本発明は上記の点に鑑みて
なされたもので、逆に両接点の開閉時点に時間差
を設けて、実質上回路を開閉する接点にのみ耐熱
材料を使用し、接点ばね板の長手方向に沿つて両
固定接点を配置して接点ばね板の固定端より遠い
方の接点を実質上回路を開閉する接点とすること
により、接点材料のコストダウンを計り、回路開
閉接点の開離速度を落すことなく全体を薄型に構
成し、かつ従来のような接点開閉タイミングの調

接点7,8に耐熱性材料を用いたものである。接
点ばね板1の固定端は成形体9を介して可動鉄片
10に固定されており、可動鉄片10はコイル1
1に流れる励磁電流の向きにより一方に回動して
永久磁石12によりラツチ保持される。すなわ
ち、本実施例は有極ラツチングリレーになつてお
り、ヨーク13の先端の磁極が永久磁石12の磁
極と同極になつた方に可動鉄片10が吸引される

切接点開閉装置全体を薄型に構成することができ
る利点がある。また上記のように両可動接点6,
8の開閉に積極的に時間差を設けることにより、
同時性の微妙な調整を不要にすると共に回路開閉
接点5,6のみで正確に接点寿命の設定ができる
