DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention preheats the vaporized body with a part of the vaporized combustion flame generated by the preheating action of the raw combustion flame, thereby allowing the subsequent vaporization combustion to continue satisfactorily over a long period of time and at the same time maintaining the same size. The present invention relates to a vaporizing burner capable of greatly expanding the flame area by vigorously ejecting vaporizing combustion flames from both the front and back surfaces of the gas chamber body even in the case of a small gas chamber body.

First, the present applicant has provided an upper pipe with an air outlet on one side and a vaporizing chamber inside, and a combustion section with a gas chamber inside and a combustion section for emitting a vaporizing combustion flame to the upper pipe. The lower pipe is connected in a continuous manner to form a horizontal U-shape as a whole, and the tip of a drop-down type fuel oil pipe is visible inside the upper pipe on the side of the air outlet to supply combustion air. We have developed a vaporizing burner that automatically transitions from a raw combustion state to a vaporization combustion state by replenishing and fuel feeding actions.

By the way, in the above-mentioned vaporizing burner, the upper pipe and the lower pipe are arranged three-dimensionally, and the flame rises from the lower pipe in order to maintain the continuation of vaporizing combustion well over a long period of time. It was designed so that the vaporized combustion flame was concentrated in the upper pipe.

Therefore, when the vaporizing burner is used as a heat source for various heating devices, the area heated by the vaporizing combustion flame is small, making it impossible to easily achieve effective heating work, and the fuel supply operation also drops. Since this is carried out through a type fuel oil supply pipe, the fuel concentrates on the bottom wall side of the upper pipe and is evaporated. As a result, even if the area of the vaporization chamber is made large, only a portion of the wall surface can be used, which reduces the evaporation capacity and, of course, makes it impossible to continuously generate a large amount of mixed gas. When a large amount of fuel is supplied at once, unevaporated fuel is generated, making it impossible to maintain good vaporization combustion.
We discovered a phenomenon in which scum accumulates on the bottom wall of the vaporization chamber, reducing the evaporation effect.

In view of the foregoing, the present invention has one side as an air outlet and the inside as a vaporization chamber, and the tip side of the vaporized body as an internal gas chamber, and both the front and back surfaces of which part of the vaporized combustion flame is sprayed toward the vaporized body. It is connected to the gas chamber body which serves as a combustion disk to be ignited, and a fuel spray nozzle is disposed inside the vaporizer on the side of the air outlet to spray the fuel evenly over the entire inner circumferential wall of the vaporizer chamber. By significantly increasing the evaporation capacity and heating area by the evaporation combustion flame, it is possible to provide an effective heating source. At the very least, it is possible to completely eliminate the generation of unevaporated fuel and the accumulation of unburned residue.
The present invention provides a vaporizing burner that can transfer fuel from a raw combustion state to a vaporizing combustion state, even if it is of any other type. An example will be explained.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the vaporized body 1 is arranged so as to be located approximately at the center of the gas chamber body 4, and the front and back sides of the gas chamber 1 are located closer to the combustion disks 6a and 6b. In addition to the case in which the gas chamber body 4 is formed so as to extend somewhat outwardly, as in the other embodiment shown in FIG. It's okay.

Now, if combustion air is sent into the vaporizer 1 from the air outlet 2 side, the combustion air passes through the vaporization chamber 3 and enters the gas chamber body 4 through the supply window 8, and then is provided on both the front and back surfaces. The flames are ejected vigorously from the nozzle holes 7, 7 of the combustion disks 6a, 6b. In this state, if fuel is evenly sprayed from the fuel spray nozzle 9 into the vaporization chamber 3 and ignition is started by the spark plug 10 at the same time, the fuel is quickly live-combusted in the vaporization chamber 3, and the raw combustion The flame is passed from the vaporization chamber 3 through the gas chamber 5 to a large number of flame holes 7... While the flame is emitted more vigorously, not only the vaporization body 1 and the gas chamber body 4 but also the combustion disks 6a disposed on both the front and back surfaces. , 6b are preheated intensely.

In this way, when the temperature inside the vaporization chamber 3 of the vaporized body 1 is raised to the vaporization atmosphere temperature suitable for vaporizing the fuel, the continuation of the above-mentioned live combustion is temporarily stopped, and then the fuel is sprayed again through the fuel spray nozzle 9. Gasified fuel 1
Spray it evenly over the entire inner peripheral wall. Since the entire vaporized body 1 is preheated to a high temperature, the sprayed fuel quickly evaporates and becomes vaporized gas, and the generated vaporized gas mixes with the circulating combustion air and completely evaporates. The mixed gas is introduced from the vaporization chamber 3 into the gas chamber 5 of the gas chamber body 4, and after being stored under a constant pressure state, it is ejected from the numerous flame holes 7, 7, and is ignited. Generates a vaporizing combustion flame.

By the way, the above-mentioned vaporized combustion flames are ejected in opposite directions from the combustion plates 6a and 6b disposed on both the front and back surfaces of the gas chamber body 4, and the vaporized body 1 is intensely affected by a part of the vaporized combustion flames. vaporization chamber 3.
Since the internal temperature is maintained at a temperature suitable for the generation of vaporized gas, the fuel sprayed on the inner circumferential wall surface of the vaporized body 1 is continuously evaporated and vaporized, becoming a mixture of gases and passing through the combustion plate 6.
Flames are emitted from a and 6b. Therefore, the flame area of the vaporizing combustion flame is significantly increased, and it is effective as a heating source. Since the fuel is blown out, the area for evaporation and vaporization is larger than that in a drip-type oil transfer pipe, and it is possible to promote the generation of a large amount of mixed gas and to continue vaporization and combustion in a large capacity over a long period of time.

In short, the present invention has an air outlet 2 on one side and a vaporization chamber 3 on the inside, and a gas chamber 5 on the tip side, and a part of the vaporized combustion flame on both the front and back surfaces. The combustion disk 6a ejects flames toward 1,
6b is connected to the gas chamber body 4, and a fuel spray nozzle is provided inside the vaporizer 1 on the side of the air outlet 2, so that only the preheating effect by starting live combustion inside the vaporizer 1 will cause subsequent vaporization. While quickly evaporating and vaporizing the fuel evenly spread over the entire inner circumferential wall of the body 1 and stirring and mixing the generated vaporized gas with the air sent from the air outlet 2 side to form a complete mixed gas,
Combustion disks 6a arranged on both the front and back sides of the gas chamber body 4,
Since the gas can be ejected over a wider area than 6b to cause vaporization combustion, it is possible to preheat the vaporized body 1 with a part of the ejected vaporization combustion flame and maintain continuous vaporization combustion for a long period of time. As a result, it is easy to expand the flame area of the vaporizing combustion flame, making it effective as a heating source, and fuel oil can also be evaporated and vaporized using the entire inner circumferential wall of the vaporizing body 1. This has the effect of increasing the vaporization capacity and easily generating a large amount of mixed gas.
