Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は新規な釦に関するものであつて釦本体
の裏側に表面全体にメツキを施した鍔部と環部と
からなる足部材の鍔部を接着剤により接合するこ
とによつて釦本体にメツキ付足部材を止着して構
成した釦に於て、釦本体の裏面に皿形状の凹所を
設けられていること、上記の足部材の鍔部がこの
凹所に嵌め込まれていること、鍔部の中央もしく
は同中央附近に小孔を開設しこの小孔の切縁面に
も上記のメツキと連続するメツキを施したこと及
び同小孔内に上記の接着剤が充填されていること

抑々、第４図に示す如く接着剤浸入確認用の小
孔を開設していない鍔部と衣服への取付用環部と
より形成されたメツキ付き足部材に於ける鍔部
を、釦本体の裏面に設けた凹所に接着剤を流し込
んで嵌合することによつて釦本体に足部材を取付
けた釦は、足部材に対して凹所より引き抜く方向
の大きい力が加わつた時には最近の接着剤が強力
であることもあつて鍔部のイ点（第４図に示す）
附近に於ける接着剤側のメツキロが鍔部から剥れ
を起すことが往々にある。即ち足部材の取れ外れ
は接着剤による接着個所ではなくメツキ面ロの剥

されたメツキロ″が果す中吊紐状の作用によつて
補強され、上記の如きメツキ面の剥離に起因する
足部材の取れ外れが起き難くなるのであつて上記
の不都合を解消する著効があり、特に本発明に於
て小孔は接着剤が全面に行き渡つたことの確認、
接着力の増大、空気の逃げを助する作用および上
記の中吊紐状作用を果すメツキ部の形成を可能に

部と環部とからなる足部材の鍔部を接着剤により
接合することによつて釦本体にメツキ付足部材を
止着して構成した釦に於て、釦本体の裏面に皿形
状の凹所を設けられていること、上記の足部材の
鍔部がこの凹所に嵌め込まれていること、鍔部の
中央もしくは同中央附近に小孔を開設しこの小孔
の切縁面にも上記のメツキを連続するメツキを施
したこと及び同小孔内に上記の接着剤が充填され
ていることを特徴とする釦。1.
