FIG. 1 is a block diagram for explaining the configuration of an ink jet recording apparatus. In FIG. 1, 1 is a reciprocating pump, 2 is an accumulator, 3 is a three-way valve, 4 is a filter, 5 is an inkjet head, 6 is a charging electrode, 7a and 7b are deflection electrodes, 8 is a recording paper, and 9 is a 10 is a filter, 11 is an ink reservoir, and 12 is a motor. In the inkjet recording device configured as described above, the ink pressurized by the pump 1 is smoothed by the accumulator 2, and when the three-way valve 3 is opened, it is guided from the accumulator 2 through the filter 4 to the inkjet head 5. The ink is ejected from the nozzle of the ink jet head 5 and becomes fine ink droplets. Then, the ink droplets are selectively charged by the charging electrode 6, and the charged ink droplets are deflected by the deflection electrodes 7a and 7.
b and are printed on the recording paper 8, while uncharged ink droplets travel straight and are captured by the gutter 9, passed through the filter -10, and collected into the ink reservoir 11.

The above-mentioned type of inkjet recording device deflects charged ink droplets to print on a desired position on recording paper, but when the ink jetting pressure changes, the speed, volume, etc. of the ink droplets change.
The amount of deflection of the charged ink droplets varies and is printed out of the desired position, resulting in distortion of the image.
In order to improve image distortion caused by fluctuations in ink pressure within the ink jet head, various constant pressure pumps have been proposed in the past, but the one shown in Fig. 2 is generally simple in construction. A reciprocating pump 1 such as the one shown in FIG. 1 is used together with an accumulator 2. The upper limit pressure of this accumulator 2 is
It is regulated by the spring pressure of the piston of the reciprocating pump 1.

A conventionally used pump of this type is constructed as shown in FIG. In FIG. 2, 1 is the reciprocating pump shown in FIG. 1, and 12 is the motor also shown in FIG. 20 is an eccentric cam, 21 is a piston,
22 is a pressure spring, 23 is a bellofram, 24
25 and 26 are ball valves, 27 is a pressure adjustment screw, and 28 and 29 are linear sliding bearings. The rotating shaft of the motor 12 is connected to the eccentric cam 20, and the motor 12 rotates, the eccentric cam 20 rotates, and the piston 21 moves in the direction of arrow A against the pressing force of the pressure spring 22. When the piston 21 is moving in the B direction, ink is supplied from the ink reservoir 11 to the pump chamber 24 through the ball valve 25, and when the piston 21 is being pushed by the pressure spring 22 and moving in the B direction, the pump chamber 24 is supplied with ink. 24 inks are discharged to the accumulator 2 through the ball valve 26. Therefore, the force of the pressure spring 22 pushing the piston 21 in the direction of arrow B determines the discharge pressure of the pump 1, and this pressure is transmitted to the accumulator 2, which further controls the ink jet pressure of the ink jet head. It will be regulated. And the pressure spring 22
The pressing force can be adjusted by displacing the pressure adjustment screw 27. However, with this type of pump, the pressure used is 3Kg/cm 2 to 4
When the pressure increases to Kg/cm 2 , it is necessary to increase the spring pressure of the pressure spring 22 accordingly, making it difficult to set the pressing force. For example, if a pressing force of 3Kg/cm 2 requires fine adjustment of 0.01Kg/cm 2 or less, the corresponding pressure adjustment screw 27
Since the displacement of the pressure adjustment screw 27 is extremely small, it is difficult to obtain the desired setting, and since the pressing force of the pressure spring 22 changes due to a small displacement of the pressure adjustment screw 27, stable pump pressure cannot be obtained. There were flaws.
