固定板に水密かつ回転摺動自在に重ね合わせら
れ、その摺接面から周面にかけて前記流入孔を開
閉する凹欠部を凹設した可動板とからなる弁要
素、該弁要素を収容する筒状部を有し該筒状部周
面に周方向に延びるスリツト状通路を穿設したカ
ートリツジケース、カートリツジケースの筒状部
周囲に該筒状部との間に若干の間隙を存して設け
られて先端を開口する筒部材を備え、上記流入孔
と凹欠部は夫々固定板と可動板の中心線の左右に
対称状に2個づつ設けられて夫々中心方向から周
縁方向に向かつて拡開する形状を呈し、スリツト
状通路は流入孔と凹欠部が完全に整合している状
態において各凹欠部に夫々対応する位置2個所
に、可動板周面における凹欠部の長さと略同じ長
さに形成して可動板の凹欠部とにより第1絞部を
形成し、筒部材の先端開口部はカートリツジケー
スの筒状部に近接して該筒状部とにより第2絞部
