Description

本発明は、熱硬化性樹脂板のポストフオーム加
工方法に関するものであつて、さらに詳しくは熱
硬化性樹脂板Aを外曲げするために端部に曲面部
1を有するとともに熱硬化性樹脂板Aを内曲げす
るために中央部を中心として一方を起こしてL字
状に屈曲自在とされた板状の型枠2上に熱硬化性
樹脂板Aを載置して熱硬化性樹脂板Aの端部およ
び中央部を局部加熱し、型枠2の巾方向に回転軸
3を有し且つ巾方向に直角方向に移動するローラ
4で熱硬化性樹脂板Aの表面上を押圧回動すると
ともに型枠2をL字状に屈曲させて熱硬化性樹脂
板Aに内曲げ部5および外曲げ部6が形成される
ように予備成形し、しかる後に熱硬化性樹脂板A
をL字状の芯材7の上で芯材7の巾方向に回転軸
3を有し且つ巾方向に直角方向に移動するローラ
4により最終成形して成る熱硬化性樹脂板のポス

外気温の影響を受けやすく、特に冬期においては
外気の流入により10℃乃至20℃の温度下降がみら
れて温度のばらつきが多く、また曲げ方について
は第1図a,bに示すようにひねりながら曲げた
のち元に戻すという不自然な形になつており、曲
げ方が理にかなつていなかつた。したがつてかか
る方法にあつては、熱硬化性樹脂板Aに割れ、パ
ンク等の曲げ不良が多発し、また外曲げと内曲げ

中心として上方に起こすことによつてL字状に屈

は型枠2と同一巾であつて、型枠2上に載置され
たときには両端が側方に少しだけ突出する大きさ
になつている。8はヒータであつて、型枠2上に
載置された熱硬化性樹脂板Aの中央部および両端
部を局部加熱するものである。4はローラであつ
て、型枠2の巾方向に回転軸3を有するとともに
型枠2の巾と同一長さであつて、巾方向と直角方
向に移動するものである。そして局部加熱された
熱硬化性樹脂板Aの中央部をローラ4で押圧する
とともに型枠2をL字状に屈曲させることによつ
て熱硬化性樹脂板Aの内曲げが行われ、また熱硬
化性樹脂板Aの端部を押圧しながらローラ4を移
動させることによつて熱硬化性樹脂板Aの端部は
型枠2の曲面部1に沿つて外曲げが行われて熱硬
化性樹脂板Aに内曲げ部5と外曲げ部6が形成さ
れて予備成形が完了する。次に最終成形を行うた
めに曲げ成形された熱硬化性樹脂板AをL字状の
芯材7に載置し、ローラ4を押圧回転させながら
熱硬化性樹脂板Aの上を移動させることによつて
芯材7表面に密着できる熱硬化性樹脂板Aが成形

れた硬質のテープ本体10の両側から軟質のテー
プ裾体11を延設するとともに下面に粘着剤12
を塗布してテープ体13を形成し、テープ体13
を第8図a,bに示すように木製部材14を組合
せて形成された芯材本体70の角形出隅部71に
いずれか一方のテープ裾体11を下方に屈曲させ
て粘着することによつて、曲面部9を有する第9
図に示すような芯材7を形成するものである。こ
れによつて木材を切削して曲面部9を形成する必

曲部で内曲げ部、曲面部で外曲げ部が形成される
ようにしたので、熱硬化性樹脂板の内曲げと外曲
げとを同時に行うことができる効果を奏し、また
熱硬化性樹脂板の端部および中央部という曲げを
施す部分のみを局部加熱するので、加熱温度にば
らつきが生じることが防止でき、さらに型枠およ
び芯材の巾方向に回転軸を有し且つ巾方向と直角
方向に移動するローラにより熱硬化性樹脂板を曲
げ成形するので曲げ方が理にかなつていて熱硬化
性樹脂に割れ、パンク等の曲げ不良が生じること
