従来、このような不等沈下を矯正する方法とし
ては、第1図で示すように、沈下した基礎1の周
囲を堀削して支持杭2を打設し、この支持杭2へ
取付けたブラケツト3上へジヤツキ4を設置し、
該ジヤツキ4にて基礎1を持上げた後、コンクリ
ートを打設するいわゆるアンダーピニング工法が
行なわれてきた。しかしながら、かかる工法によ
ると、基礎周りの堀削、杭打ちという極めて大掛
りな作業が必要で、敷地によつては杭打ちが不可
能な場合や或いは床を解体する必要がある等、膨
大な時間と費用を要する欠点があるとともに、超
軟弱地盤においては、杭を打設するとしても数十
メートル下でないと充分な支持層が得られないと
いう不都合を生じていた。そこで、このようなア
ンダーピニング工法に代わるものとして、建物の
柱へ持上げ用の台をボルトで取付け、この持上げ
台をジヤツキアツプすることによつて、建物本体
のみを持上げることが考えられるが、柱へボルト
を捻込むための作業が面倒で、特に、鉄骨の軸組
においては、ボルトを挿込むための特別のボルト
孔を開けなければならず、かつ、固定のための特
別のボルトを用意しておかなければならないとい
つた欠点がある。また、柱の下面へ持上げ用のプ
レートを挿込む方法も考えられているが、プレー
トを挿込むための隙間がない場合には、持上げが

を軸組へ取付けるに際し、各軸組の垂直部材を緊
結するボルトを利用して固定するようにしてお
り、そのため、従来の工法と異なつて持上げ台を
取付けるためのボルトの捻込み作業が容易であ
り、鉄骨軸組の場合であつても、このボルトを挿
込むためボルト孔を開口する必要がないという効
果がある。勿論、軸組の下面に挿込むものではな
いから、そのような挿込む隙間のない場合であつ
