【特許請求の範囲】 1 上下2段の駐車空間を区画するごとく前後方
向水平に延びて適宜架台上に固設した固定枠体
と、該固定枠体の後端部に上下揺動可能に枢支し
た支持案内部材と、該支持案内部材を常時前方に
付勢する付勢機構と、前後方向のみ擢動可能に前
記支持案内部材に係合させた駐車用部材と、前記
固定枠体と前記駐車用部材との間に連係し常時前
記駐車用部材を前方に引張る引張り機構と、上段
駐車空間における前記駐車用部材の後退移動を阻
止するために前記支持案内部材および駐車用部材
の後端部に設けたロツク機構とから成り、前記付
勢機構は前記ロツク機構のロツク作用解除状態に
おける前記支持案内部材の後部の下方への回動に
伴ない該支持案内部材に作用する該支持案内部材
後部の上向きのモーメントを減少させるとともに
前記駐車用部材の接地近傍においては前記支持案
内部材に作用するモーメントが支持案内部材後部
を下向のにする配置となし、前記駐車用部材の引
上げまたは引降し操作により上段駐車空間へ人力
により入出庫するごとくしたことを特徴とする二
段式駐輪装置。 2 前記支持案内部材は、適宜離間した1対の平
行な支持板と、該両支持板の対向面に軸支した上
下1対且つ複数組の支持ローラとから成り、前記
駐車用部材の両側水平突出部が前記上・下支持ロ
ーラ間を移動するごとく成した、特許請求の範囲
第1項記載の二段式駐輪装置。 3 前記付勢機構は、前記固定枠体を前後方向に
遊挿した長尺の棒材と、基端を前記支持案内部材
の枢支点より適宜距離偏心させて該支持案内部材
に枢支し先端部を前記棒材の後端と連結させたア
ームと、前記固定枠体と前記棒材との間に装着し
常時該棒材を介して前記アーム先端を前方へ付勢
するごとくした圧縮ばねとから成る、特許請求の
範囲第1項記載の二段式駐輪装置。 4 前記圧縮ばねは、前記棒材の固定枠体外前端
部に形成したねじ部と圧縮ばね支持用のナツトと
の螺合位置の調整によりばね力を調整するごとく
した、特許請求の範囲第3項記載の二段式駐輪装
置。 5 前記駐車用部材の後部裏面に突設したストツ
パプレートを前記支持案内部材に衝接させて駐車
用部材のそれ以上の前進を阻止するごとくした、
特許請求の範囲第1項記載の二段式駐輪装置。 6 前記引張り機構は、駐車用部材引揚用ロープ
の一端を前記駐車用部材の後端に固定し適宜中継
滑車を経て他端を前記固定枠体内の前部底に設け
た固定滑車群とその後方にある可動滑車から成る
複滑車機構に接続し、前記可動滑車と前記固定枠
体の後端部との間に引張りばねを張設して成る、

おいて車路に対して斜め状態で配置するごとくし
た、特許請求の範囲第1項記載の二段式駐輪装

に突出した後方下り傾斜の突起部材と、重心より
後方の中間部を適宜ブラケツトを介して前記駐車
用部材の後部に上下方向に揺動自在に枢支して前
後方向に延び前端部をほぼ直角下方に屈曲させた
掛け金部材とから成り、駐車用部材の入庫完了寸
前に前記掛け金部材は直角屈曲部を前記突起部材
の斜面に衝接させながら昇りつめ、該斜面頂上を
離れたところで自重により下方に揺動して前記直
角屈曲部が前記突起部材とロツク状態になるごと
くした特許請求の範囲第1項記載の二段式駐輪装
