In such construction board members, the foam 7 is usually fed while the facing material 6 is turned over and fed in one direction.
It is manufactured by a method in which a raw material is supplied, a backing material 8 is then layered thereon, the material is placed in a caterpillar type mold, and the material is foamed in the mold to form a predetermined shape. These building materials are manufactured in single strips, and if you try to manufacture multiple strips at the same time to increase productivity, you will need multiple sets of manufacturing equipment, which will require a large amount of space to set up the production line. It becomes necessary.

(Structure of the Invention) In the present invention, a method for manufacturing a board member for construction includes forming a protruding portion projecting upward in the center portion along the length direction of the surface member, and bending the projecting portion upwardly in both side edges. After filling the void formed between the protruding piece and both bent pieces with a foam, the central part of the protruding piece is filled in the longitudinal direction. By cutting and subjecting the cut portion to the necessary bending process to form a two-strip member with an interlocking connection portion to the bent piece portion, and further cutting this into a predetermined length, Achieved the purpose.

In FIG. 3, the holding member 34 of the lower mold member 25 has approximately the same length as the drums 29, 30 so as to completely support the mold member 25, which has a width larger than the width of the two integrated surface members 6, 6. The holding member 33 of the upper mold member 24 is placed in the center of the uniform diameter of the drums 27, 28 so as to support the mold member 24 closer to the center than the connecting portions 5, 5 of the female molds at both ends. It is constituted by a roll having approximately the same length as the section 31.

Further, the foamed body 7 of the plate member manufactured by the method of the present invention is desirably composed of thermoplastic synthetic resin among polymeric substances, and in particular, urethane resin is used for the backing material 8 and asbestos paper. When using , excess polyether remains in the urethane resin on the contact surface, which makes the surface layer of the urethane resin flexible, and even if slippage occurs between the mold member 20 and the mold member 20, it is buffered and absorbed, and the backing material 8 There is no possibility of damaging the foam or causing cracks in the foam 7. Furthermore, as the aggregate to be added as necessary, borates such as borax and meta-borax soda, silicates such as sodium silicate and sodium meta-silicate, phosphates such as dibasic sodium phosphate and sodium meta-phosphate, and other foams. Inorganic substances that foam and expand when heated to a temperature below the heat-resistant temperature of 7, or inorganic substances that do not have foaming and expansion properties such as aluminum hydroxide, alumina, silica sand, soda carbonate, and silica, as well as glass fibers and rock wool. Examples include inorganic short fibers such as pearlite particles, foamed inorganic particles such as cellular glass, and other known flame retardants, and one or more of these may be used as appropriate.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the vertical distance between both side edges of the mold member can be increased in the portion where the mold is formed according to the medium-height shaped drum, so that the surface member 6 can be introduced into the mold. It is possible to manufacture the product by directly making the difference in height between the two connecting portions correspond to the difference in the interval between the upper and lower mold members.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention forms a protruding piece at the center and a bent piece at both side edges in the length direction of the surface member, and then forms the protruding piece on the side edges. After filling the void formed between the projecting piece and both bent pieces with foam, the center of the protruding piece is cut in the length direction to make two pieces. By simply applying bending, filling, etc. to the strip-shaped surface member, it is possible to manufacture two members at the same time, which not only makes it possible to reduce the width of the surface member and the width of the device, but also
Since a conventional power source is sufficient, it is economical and can improve productivity, and also has various effects such as requiring less space on the production line.
