【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は壁掛形あるいは床置形等の冷暖房機等
の空気調和機に係わり、内蔵する補助ヒーターの
取付を容易にするとともに、吸込口内に設けられ
た熱交換器を通過した空気を整流されるように吹
出口に向わしめるようにして騒音を低下すること
を目的とする。

従来、例えば壁掛形室内ユニツトにおいては第
1図〜第2図に示すようになつている。すなわ
ち、壁掛形室内ユニツトは、その吸込口1内に熱
交換器2(冷房時蒸発器、暖房時凝縮器として作
用)を設け、クロスフローフアン3によつて、吹
出口4より室内へ冷風あるいは温風を吹出すよう
にしている。そこで、暖房時、暖房能力不足の時
に補助ヒーター5に通電し、暖房能力の不足を補
うようにしている。この補助ヒーター5は第2図
に示すように、ヒーター本体7を保持し、且つ背
面パネルに設けられた幅射熱遮蔽板6に係止する
ための保持金具8が折曲片9、取付片10として
設けられ、他方、ヒーター本体7の他端にも、取
付片10aが設けられ、幅射熱遮蔽板6と、ヒー
ター本体7との間隙11を保つている。また、ヒ
ーター本体7は取付片10,10aに対し、固定
バンド12でネジ固定するものであつた。ところ
がこうした方法は熱交換器2を通過した空気がヒ
ーター本体7に当接し、クロスフローフアン3側
に流れる途中において乱流状態となり、騒音値を
高める原因になるとともに、複数個の固定バンド
12を使用するために、部品点数が多くなり、且
つ作業性も工数大となるなどの欠点を有してい
た。

る。22は各々の取付片17に設けられ、幅射熱
遮蔽板にネジで固定するための切欠部、23は電
気絶縁用の樹脂製の絶縁端子、24はリード線で
ある。
