The sedimentation chamber 2' in the center of the basin and the inflow chamber 13' are partitioned by a partition wall 15' whose lower part communicates with each other, and the upper part is divided between the outflow chamber 10' and the sedimentation chamber 2' on the other side of the drainage basin main body 1'. An outflow pipe 11' was connected to the outflow chamber 10', which was partitioned by a partition wall 3' that allowed flow to overflow. However, in the conventional example, the wastewater flowing in from the inlet 12' enters the inlet chamber 13', large wastes are removed in the filter basket 14', and sludge is deposited in the lower part of the settling chamber 2' in the settling chamber 2'. etc. are precipitated, overflow from the settling chamber 2' into the outflow chamber 10', and flowed out from the outflow chamber 10' via the outflow pipe 11'. However, in such a conventional example, the filter basket 1
Although large garbage is removed in the chamber 4' and sludge is removed in the settling chamber 2', there is a drawback that oil is difficult to remove and the waste water is discharged containing oil.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a box-shaped drainage basin body with an open top, and is made of synthetic resin such as FRP. The material of the drainage basin body 1 may be a metal such as stainless steel in addition to synthetic resin.
An inflow chamber 13 is provided on one side of the drainage basin main body 1, an inflow port 12 is provided in the inflow chamber 13 through which wastewater flows in from the drainage channel, and a filtration basket 14 is provided in the inflow chamber 13. There is. The filter basket 14 is shaped like a container with an open top and has handles 17 on both sides. The center of the drainage basin main body 1 is a settling chamber 2, and the inflow chamber 13 and the settling chamber 2 are separated by a partition wall 15 that communicates at the lower part. A filtration chamber 4 is provided on the other side of the drainage basin main body 1, and the sedimentation chamber 2 and the filtration chamber 4 are separated by a partition wall 3 having a height that allows water from the sedimentation chamber 2 to overflow. A mounting section 16 is provided on the opposite side of the filtration chamber 4 from the partition wall 3 at approximately the same height as the upper end of the partition wall 3, and a blocking plate 5 is mounted so as to span the upper end of the partition wall 3 and the mounting section 16. The upper opening of the filtration chamber 4 is closed. A rising wall 18 is provided on three sides of this blocking plate 5 except for one side.
A handle 19 is provided at the upper end of the handle. A suitable number of through holes 6 are bored in the closing plate 5, and a cylindrical body 7 is suspended from the through holes 6. The number of such through holes 6 and cylinder bodies 7 may be one or more. The filtering brush 8 has brushes 8b extending radially upward and downward from a vertical bar of a T-shaped bone portion 8a, and a horizontal bar of the bone portion 8a serves as a hook portion 20. The filtering brush 8 is made of synthetic resin such as nylon, metal, or the like. This filtering brush 8 is inserted into the cylindrical body 7, and the hook portion 20 is hooked on the edge of the through hole 6. The filtration chamber 4 and the outflow chamber 10 are separated by a partition wall 9 that is high enough to allow water from the filtration chamber 4 to overflow, and the settling chamber 2 and the outflow chamber 10 are separated by a partition wall 9 that has a height up to the top of the drainage basin body 1. It is partitioned by a partition wall 21. This outflow chamber 10 is provided with an elbow-shaped outflow pipe 11 through which the water in the outflow chamber 10 flows out. One end of the outflow pipe 11 opens outside the drainage basin body 1, and the other end of the outflow pipe 11 opens to the outside of the drainage basin body 1. It opens at the bottom inside the outflow chamber 10. In addition, a flange 2 is provided around the upper end of the drainage basin body 1.
2 are provided around the flange 22, and the peripheral edge of the cover plate 23 is placed on the flange 22, and the upper opening of the drainage basin main body 1 is closed with the three cover plates 23. This cover plate 23 may be one piece or a plurality of pieces. 24 is a handle of the cover plate 23.
Note that a packing material may be interposed between the cover plate 23 and the flange 22 along the flange 22 for odor prevention.

れない。 The drainage basin configured as described above is buried in the ground so that the flange 22 is substantially flush with the ground, and the inlet 12 is communicated with the drainage channel of the kitchen etc., and the outflow pipe 11 is communicated with the sewer etc. It will be done. When the wastewater flows into the inflow chamber 10 from the inlet 12, large waste particles are first removed by the filter basket 14. When a large amount of garbage accumulates in this filter basket 14,
The lid plate 23 is opened and the filter basket 14 is lifted to remove the dust inside the filter basket 14. The waste water that has entered the inflow chamber 13 and from which dust has been removed in the filter basket 14 flows into the settling chamber 2, and precipitates such as sludge are deposited in the lower part of the settling chamber 2. When a large amount of this sediment accumulates, the lid plate 23 is opened and taken out from above. At this time, if a sediment receiver is provided at the bottom of the precipitation chamber 2, it will be easier to take out the sediment upward. The wastewater from which the sediment has been removed flows over the partition wall 3 onto the blocking plate 5 and through the through holes 6.
and flows into the filtration chamber 4 via the cylindrical body 7. When passing through the through holes 6 and the cylindrical body 7, oil and small dust adhere to the filtering brush 8, and the oil and small dust are removed. When a large amount of oil or small dust adheres to the filtration brush 8, the filtration brush 8 is pulled out upward and the filtration brush 8 is cleaned or replaced with a new one. At this time, the filtration brush 8 can be handled even more easily by holding the handle 19 and lifting the closing plate 5 to take it out. Furthermore, the inside of the filtration chamber 4 can be cleaned by removing the closing plate 5. The waste water in the filtration chamber 4 flows into the outflow chamber 10 over the partition wall 9, and exits from the outflow chamber 10 through the outflow pipe 11. Since the inlet of this outflow pipe 11 is open at the bottom, even if the waste water that flows into the outflow chamber 10 contains oil, it floats upward in the outflow chamber 10, and the waste water containing oil is not removed from the outflow pipe 11. .

る。 As described above, the drainage basin of the present invention has a filtration brush built into the cylinder, which is installed at a suitable location within the drainage basin body and whose interior serves as a drainage passage. Oil and small dirt adhere to the filter brush, and the oil and small dirt can be effectively removed with the filter brush, and the filter brush can be easily removed. It is easy to clean and replace, and since it uses brushes to remove oil and small debris, it is less prone to clogging. The filter brush can be easily removed and can be used for a long period of time.
