DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides an adhesion liquid for the adhesive surface of an adhesive, more specifically, it is applied to the adhesive surface side of an adhesive tape, etc., on which an adhesive is provided. This invention relates to a liquid for adhering an adhesive surface that can be attached to and detached from an object.

(Background Art) Generally, when an adhesive tape is adhered to an object such as paper and then peeled off from the object, there is a risk that the surface of the paper will peel off or tear, especially if the object is paper. Furthermore, once the adhesive tape has been adhered and is peeled off from the object, the adhesive strength of the adhesive tape is considerably reduced, and therefore it is impossible to repeatedly adhere and peel off the adhesive tape as described above from the object. This would never have been possible in the past.

Therefore, in order to make the above-mentioned adhesive tape move toward and away from the object to be adhered, a substance that smooths the adhesion surface between the adhesive tape and the object to be adhered, such as silicone resin, is attached to the adhesive surface side of the adhesive tape. has also been attempted, but the following problems arose in this case:

In other words, the above-mentioned adhesive tape is usually made by adhering an acrylic resin-based or synthetic rubber-based adhesive using toluene or ethyl acetate as a solvent, but since silicone resin itself does not dissolve in the above solvents, silicone resin Even if it were to adhere to the adhesive side of the adhesive tape, the silicone resin would not mix with the adhesive, so if the adhesive tape was once attached to the object and then peeled off, only the silicone resin would adhere to the object. There was a problem in that it could be removed from the adhesive tape.

Furthermore, since silicone resin is not sufficiently soluble in any organic solvent other than toluene or ethyl acetate, it is not possible to mix silicone resin with the above-mentioned adhesive, and the above-mentioned problems cannot be solved. I couldn't do it.

(Problem to be solved, technical objective) The present invention was invented with the aim of solving all of the above-mentioned problems. A completely new and useful product that is almost completely miscible with the adhesive provided on the surface, smoothes the adhesion surface between the adhesive tape and the object to be adhered, and thus allows the adhesive tape to move freely toward and away from the object to be adhered. An object of the present invention is to provide an adhesive liquid for adhesive surfaces of adhesives.

(Disclosure of the invention) In order to achieve the above-mentioned objects, the present invention has the following features:
It was constructed based on the fact that liquid paraffin, like the silicone resin described above, has the property of smoothing the adhesion surface between the adhesive tape and the object to be adhered. It is made by mixing a solvent consisting of 1,1-trichloroethane or chloroform. That is, the liquid paraffin, which is generally difficult to dissolve in most solvents, is completely dissolved in a solvent such as chloroform to form a liquid for adhering the adhesive surface. When such a liquid is applied to the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape, the solvent such as chloroform contained in the liquid dissolves not only the liquid paraffin but also the adhesive such as acrylic resin on the adhesive tape. Therefore, the adhesive, liquid paraffin, and solvent are completely miscible. Even after the solvent flashes, the mixed adhesive and liquid paraffin never separate.

(b) In other words, when the adhesive liquid having the above structure is applied to an adhesive tape, the liquid paraffin in the adhesive liquid completely mixes with the adhesive provided on the adhesive tape due to the presence of a solvent such as chloroform as described above. Even if the adhesive tape is adhered to the object and then peeled off, even if only the liquid paraffin adheres to the object, it will not be removed from the adhesive tape. Since the adhesive surface with the adhesive is smoothed, the adhesive tape can be peeled off smoothly, and the adhesive tape will never be damaged by the peeling.

As a result, the adhesive tape can move freely toward and away from the object to be adhered, which is an epoch-making effect that was previously unachievable.

(b) Moreover, as the adhesive surface is smoothed by the presence of liquid paraffin, the adhesive itself does not adhere excessively to the object to be adhered, and therefore the adhesive tape can repeatedly adhere and peel. Even if this is done, the adhesive effect will never be drastically reduced.

(c) Since adhesive tapes that can be freely attached and detached can be obtained by simply applying or spraying the above-mentioned adhesive liquid onto the adhesive surface of conventional adhesive tapes, the work is extremely easy and cost-effective. It also has the great practical benefit of being extremely economical.

Next, when the adhesion liquid with this structure is applied to the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape provided with the acrylic resin adhesive, the adhesive dissolves in the chloroform in the adhesion liquid, and the adhesive, liquid paraffin, and chloroform are completely removed. It will be mixed with. After that, the chloroform glows, but the liquid paraffin mixes with the adhesive and becomes completely integrated.

Therefore, even if an adhesive tape coated with liquid paraffin is adhered to paper by applying an adhesive liquid in this way, the liquid paraffin is mixed with the adhesive, so only the liquid paraffin is attached to the paper side, which is the object to be adhered. It does not stick, and therefore, even when the adhesive tape is peeled from the paper, the liquid paraffin is never removed from the adhesive tape. Moreover, since the adhesive surface between the adhesive tape and the paper is smoothed by the liquid paraffin, the surface of the paper never peels off or the paper tears when the adhesive tape is peeled off. As a result, it was possible to obtain an adhesive tape that could freely come into contact with and separate from paper by applying the above-mentioned adhesion liquid.

Further, the solvent for dissolving the liquid paraffin in the deposited liquid is not limited to the chloroform used in the above embodiment, but 1.1.1-trichloroethane, for example, may be used as a solvent. In short, it is sufficient to use a solvent consisting of chloroform (trichloromethane) or 1,1,1-trichloroethane.

Furthermore, the adhesive provided on the adhesive tape side is not limited to the acrylic resin adhesive of this example, but may also include synthetic resin adhesives other than acrylic resin, as well as synthetic rubber adhesives such as butyl rubber and polyisobutylene, and other natural adhesives. It may be made of rubber, natural resin, or the like.

Furthermore, the use of the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive is not limited to ordinary pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes for stationery, but can also be used, for example, in duct tape, etc., and the use thereof is not limited at all. Therefore, the object to be adhered is not limited to the paper used in the above embodiments, but may also be a cardboard box, tack paper, or other materials.
