かも重なつた状態で表面処理するため剥がすのに
固く、供給が難かしいことなどから手作業で行な
われていた。このため配列に多大の工数を要し、
セラミツクケースが高価になるという欠点があつ
た。

上の最下部リードフレームと、そのすぐ上の2番
目のリードフレームの間に入るようにセツトされ
ている。楔16がリードフレーム間に入り込むと
最下部のリードフレームが押下げられる、同時に
平行カム17が矢印方向に進むことによりL型レ
バー18が押上られ、その先端に固定されたスト
ツパー12が矢印方向に引き込まれ最下部のリー

にセツトされる。配列終了後圧着治具1を取付台
13から外すとマイクロスイツチ14が切れ楔1
