釣竿を提供せんとするものであつて、竿杆の外周
面に、脂肪族ウレタン樹脂の第1塗膜層と、該塗
膜層の外面に位置する熱可塑性インキの熱転写に
よる模様層と、この模様層の外面に、透明な脂肪
族ウレタン樹脂の第2塗膜層を備え、前記竿杆の
外周に、前記模様層による所望色彩の模様を現出
するごとくしたたとを特徴とするものである。

う前の半乾燥の状態において前記模様層3を熱転
写することが好ましく、かかる状態における熱転
写により、前記第1塗膜層4と模様層3との密着
結合力をより一層高めることができるのである。
またこの模様層3は第3図に示したごとく合成樹
脂のフイルム6に印刷しておいたものを前記第1
塗膜層4の外面に巻装して加熱・熱転写するので
あり、前記模様層3は熱転写の際、前記フイルム
6と剥離する剥離層3a、模様部分を形成する熱
可塑性のインキ層31及び前記第1塗膜層4に接
着する接着層3bにより成り立つている。また、
この熱転写による模様層3においては模様部分の
みならず、地色部分も前記フイルム6に印刷して
おくことができるのであつて、地色部分と模様部
分とを同時に熱転写できるのであつて、前記下地
塗層2の外面に地色を出す層を特に設ける必要は
ないのである。そしてこの模様層3の外面に透明
な脂肪族ウレタン樹脂より成る第2塗膜層5を塗
布するのである。

レ試験後においてはます目100個すべてが剥れて
しまい、この剥れ方も一辺が浮き上がる程度では
なく全部分が剥れてしまうものであつた。次に第
1及び第2塗膜層のうち一方に脂肪族ウレタン樹
脂を用い、残りの塗膜層には芳香族ウレタン樹脂
を用いた場合には、ムレ試験前の碁盤目試験にお
いて100個のます目のうち85乃至95個が剥れてし
まつたのであるが、前記した両塗膜層とも芳香族
ウレタン樹脂を用いたものと異なり、ます目の一
部分だけが剥れるものが多く、全部分が剥れてし
まうことはなかつた。

いて、碁盤目試験を行なつた結果は、ムレ試験前
においてはもちろん、ムレ試験後においても1個
のます目も剥れをみせず、完壁な試験結果が得ら
れたのである。

面に直接前記第1塗膜層4を塗布して模様層3を
形成することも可能なのであつて、これに対し従
来熱転写により模様層を形成する場合には前記下
地塗層2は必要不可欠なものであつた。そこで該
下地塗層2と前記第1塗膜層4との形成を比較す
るに、該第1塗膜層4の形成が前記したごとく半
乾燥状態でその外面に前記模様層3を転写できる
ものであり、前記下地塗層2の形成よりも簡単に
短時間で行なえるところから、全体としても作業
時間の短縮並びにコストダウンを計ることができ
るのである。
