気運が高まつてきている。 Generally, when transporting cargo using a dump truck or the like, after the cargo is transported to the destination, the vehicle is mostly driven empty on the way back. However, since it is extremely wasteful to travel empty, there is a growing trend to increase transport efficiency by loading some cargo on the way back.

欠点がある。 However, with conventional dump truck boxes, there is no problem when loading the same type of cargo during a round trip, but when transporting different types of cargo, such as cement or coal on the way back, Even after being discharged to the ground, cement still adheres to the inner surface and corners of the shipping box, so if coal is loaded as is, cement will adhere to the coal.
If it is decided to clean the inside of the cargo box after discharging the cement in order to eliminate this problem, there is a drawback that a great deal of effort and time must be spent for this cleaning.

The cement in the storage chamber is thereby discharged through the discharge chute 19. Next, when transporting coal on the way back, the front wall of the cargo box 6
The hydraulic cylinders 15, 15 are contracted as shown by the one-dot chain line in FIG. 2, and the deck plates 14, 14 are rotated downward. Then, the front and rear seats 17, 18, which had been extended until then, are folded up due to their flexibility and are stored below the deck plates 14, 14 as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. As a result, a storage chamber is formed by the side walls 5, 5, the front wall 6, the rear fan door 8, and a pair of deck plates 14, 14. Coal is stored in this storage chamber and transported to a predetermined discharge location. do.
