In order to fold the entire length of the slide main body 15 and float 18 in half when the slide 1 is dropped, the slide platform hull side 4 and the slide bottom end 20 are connected by a disconnection device 21 that can withstand the impact of falling and can be disconnected by internal pressure. The main air chamber 16 and the float air chamber 19 are sequentially filled with gas from the cylinder 9 while suspended from the ship's hull, and the slide 1 is maintained in its shape until it has almost rigidity and then separated, and then the float is placed on the sea surface. We are proposing something that aims to float in the normal position.

フロート18を海面12に向かつて展張させる。 The slide 1 consists of a slide body 15 and a float 18
The hull side 4 of the slide main body and the lowermost end of the slide of the float are connected by a separating device 21 so that the entire length of the float is folded in half, and the float is wrapped and stored in a container 6 and fixed to the pedestal 2. When dropped, it is folded in two and suspended by a hanging belt 5 as shown in FIG. The impact force at the time of the fall is withstood by the taper pin 25 of the separating device 21, and the main air chamber 16, upper air chamber 17 and float air chamber 19
are in communication with each other, and as the filling progresses, the float air chamber 1 of the lowermost end of the slide 20, which has been broken apart, is held in a state of being bent in two, as shown in Fig. 6.
9 is held in shape and a force is generated to try to straighten it, and the taper pin 25 is pulled out through the attachment belt 30. As the filling progresses further, the separation pin 34 is separated by the shape-retaining force of the main air chamber 16 and the float air chamber 19.
The float 18 is expanded toward the sea surface 12.

時間がかかるという問題があつた。 In the apparatus shown in FIGS. 1 to 6,
In the method of folding the entire length in half, as shown in Figure 3, when the height from the slide entrance 13 to the sea level 12 is low, it is 3 to 4 m, and if the ship is tilted further, the submerged part 37 of the slide main body is When the slide is expanded, seawater accumulates on the slide, and when the submerged part 37 is filled with air, it has buoyancy and is twisted by tides and waves and floats to the surface.By twisting the air chamber, the float air chamber 19 is filled. It has the disadvantage of making it impossible. In addition, although the float air chamber 19 is broken apart to provide rigidity during inflation and the taper pin 25 is pulled out, the float air chamber 19 is filled with air by the main air chamber 1.
There was a problem that the float air chamber was filled with gas after it passed through 6, and because the diameter of the float air chamber was small (300 to 400 mm), it required filling time to increase rigidity, and it took a long time to disconnect. .

た。 This invention was made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and the slide main body 15 and the float 1
Stop folding the entire length of 8 in half, and fold the slide body 15 into 2
By folding the main air chamber 16, the main air chamber 16 is prevented from being submerged in water, and the taper pin 25 is provided with a bellows fold in the main air chamber 16 on the hull side 4 of the slide main body, so that a mounting seat 28 for pulling the taper pin 25 into the main air chamber 16 is provided. By providing this, it is possible to pull out the taper pin 25 at an early stage after the air is filled by being dropped and suspended.

し、海面に展張させる構造をもつ。 Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. 7 to 10.
This will be explained in the figure. In Figure 7, slide 1
The device 2 separates the slide main body hull side 4 and the float floor cloth 36 corresponding to the connection part 35 between the main body and the float so as to fold the slide main body 15 in two.
1, the lowermost end 20 of the slide of the float is sandwiched between the slides folded in half, and the float is folded in half and stored in a container 6 in the form of a sushi roll. After being dropped, the slide 1 is folded in two as shown in FIG. 7 and suspended by a hanging belt 5. Cutting device 2
The main body (male) 22 of 1 is connected to the mounting belt 30 on the float floor cloth 36 side with a shackle 27, and the main body (female) 23 is connected to the mounting belt 30 on the hull side 4 of the slide body with a shackle 27, and the taper pin 25 is connected to a mounting belt 30 on the hull side 4 of the slide main body by a shackle 27. The mounting belt 30 is mounted in such a way that it can be pulled out when the main air chamber 16 expands with gas and becomes rigid. The taper pin 25 withstands the acceleration of several G generated when the slide 1 is dropped, and is inserted into the taper pin 25 when the hull side 4 of the main air chamber 16 is expanded with gas and has rigidity so that the bellows becomes a straight air chamber. The safety pin 26 is cut with a force of Kg and is easily pulled out. The float air chamber 9 is sequentially filled and expanded with gas from the main air chamber 16, and the float air chamber 19 is filled to the extent that it will not be reversed even if the disconnection device is disconnected, and the shape retention is larger than the constraint dimension x. When this occurs, the separation pin 34 is separated, the float 18 is released from the two folds, and is expanded to the sea surface.

る。 Next, the operation of the embodiment of the device of the present invention will be explained. While removing the gap from the container 6 which has been rotated and fallen from the pedestal 2 after the detachment fitting 8 is released, the slide 1 is filled with air from the cylinder 9 and is broken in two by the separating device 21, and the suspension belt 5 prevents it from being submerged in the sea. Hanged. At this time, the impact force generated by the fall is withstood by the suspension belt 5 and the tapered pin 25 of the cutting device 21 and the device is suspended. The main air chamber 16, the upper air chamber 17, and the float air chamber 19 are sequentially filled with air, and the main air chamber 16 is filled with air.
When the hull side is filled with air to the extent that it becomes rigid, a shape-retaining force acts to loosen the bellows and maintain a straight line, and the taper pin 25 is pulled out at an early stage. This taper pin 25
The through hole in the main body is tapered, so it can withstand impact, and can be pulled out with a low force, so it can be pulled out by shape-retaining force. As the air continues to fill, the entire main air chamber and a portion of the float are filled with air, and the first
As shown in Figure 0, when the rigidity exceeds the constraint dimension x, the shear pin 34 is separated, the two folds are released, the float 18 is extended toward the sea surface 12, and the remaining air is used to extend the slide 1. becomes available.

信頼性を向上させることが出来る。 As described above, according to the present invention, the slide 1
Since the slide main body 15 is folded in half by the separating device 21, the slide main body 1 is prevented from being submerged in water when being dropped, and there is a risk that water may enter the slide or that the slide may be twisted by currents or waves during expansion and become unable to expand. The reliability of the slide can be improved.
