マグネトロンと、ガスバーナの如き熱源を備え
た調理器に於て、マグネトロン使用による高周波
加熱調理ではその調理中発生する水蒸気により風
味が損なわれ或いはドアガラスがくもる等の不都
合が生ずる為、加熱室の外部との通気口より送風
フアンよりの風を加熱室に導入し水蒸気を排出し
ている。この蒸気抜きは熱源による高温加熱調理
或いはマグネトロンと熱源による焦げ目付高周波
加熱調理に際しては不要であり、該通気口にダン
パを備えこれを開閉制御するが、例えば特開昭54
−104981号に示される如く該ダンパーとその制御

循環フアンの作動・不作動のみで切換えられて、
従来のものにおけるダンパーとその制御装置を不
要とすると共に、通気口より仮に熱気が出たとし
てもマグネトロンは通気口より下方に位置してい
る為熱気が達しにくくマグネトロンへの悪影響を
