At this time, the lid seaming part is strongly pressed by the seaming roll and undergoes a strong bending process, which causes cracks in the coating film that is formed prior to seaming, causing it to lose its anti-corrosion effect and cause rust to rust. There is a risk that this will occur.

However, according to this method, the correction coating film was not formed on the cover foot radius portion 2, which is subjected to the most severe processing, and there remained a fear that rust would develop from this portion.

7 and 8 keep the can 4 at an angle of about 30° with the horizontal.
As shown in FIG. 3, the even corner portion of the coating member 12 is rolled and sent by the feed belt 9 while being pressed by the seaming portion, and the contact portion is corrected and coated. The amount of paint applied can be adjusted by changing the length of the coating member 12 and the height of the paint surface.

By covering the exposed portion with the cover 13, it is prevented from drying out.

きる。 Since the can is tilted at an angle of 30 degrees to the horizontal and the paint is sufficiently applied to the radius of the cover foot of the seamed part, the correction coating 16 is formed by penetrating into the inside of the seamed part, as shown in FIG. Therefore, the seaming portion is completely corrected and rust can be prevented.
