When the sun visor is retracted along the ceiling surface, the notch 4a of the shaft 4 comes into contact with the flattened portions on both sides of the leaf spring 3, as shown in Fig. 2A. , the state becomes stable. By rotating the sun visor downward from this retracted state, the shaft 4 bulges the leaf spring 3 outward, increasing the frictional engagement force between the two, as shown in FIG. 2B. .

Even in the use state, the notch 4a of the shaft 4 and both sides of the leaf spring 3 come into contact with each other and are fixed with moderation.

When fixed with moderation, there was a problem in that the angular posture could only be adjusted at one point, and it was not possible to freely set it according to the angle of contact.

At this time, the state shown in FIG. 3A is reached, and the flat portion 3A of the leaf spring 3 and the notch 4A of the shaft 4 come into contact with each other, resulting in stable and moderate fixation. Then, by rotating the sun visor downward with respect to the shaft 4 from this state, the arcuate portion 4b of the shaft 4 comes into contact with the flat portion 3A of the leaf spring 3, as shown in FIG. 3B. The operating position is not properly fixed.

This flat part is formed protruding inside the opening of the shaft holder, and in correspondence with each flat part of the leaf spring, the shaft has a flat notch part that abuts with this flat part in the axial direction of the shaft. Because they are formed alternately along the
There is no torque deviation and its angular attitude can be adjusted with uniform torque, and since its spring surfaces are symmetrical at at least two points, an extremely strong friction torque can be obtained.

In that case, as shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the flat portion 13c of the leaf spring 13,
13c is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the shaft 16 other than the notch 16a, and in this case, the flat part 13
c and 13c are curved and bulged in the left-right direction, and the required friction torque can be obtained between the contact points. In addition, in this curved and swollen state, the torque exerts a force on the flat portion 13c on one side that tends to tilt the flat portion 13c in either the left or right direction using the leg portion 13a side of the leaf spring 13 as a fulcrum. In this case, the flat part 13
Since c is formed on both sides, their torques are mutually canceled, and as a result, when the sun visor main body side rotates, the eccentricity of the leaf spring 13 is completely eliminated.
