介装される進水用滑走台の取外し工法に関する。

上にて海上クレーンを用いて船体に固縛されてい
る進水用滑走台を外していた。

ツク4を外して、船体7と滑走台2との固縛を解
放して、滑走台2を海中に沈下せしめる。

の塗装に損傷を与えることを防いだ後、船体7を
7Aで示す状態に横移動させる。次に、先の海上
クレーン1の巻き上げを解放して、鋼索9の引張
りを弛めて滑走台5Aを5Bに示す状態まで浮上
せしめた後、滑走台5Bと鋼索9との連結を外
し、海上クレーン1の副吊フツク1aにより滑走
台5Bを吊り上げて艀に回収していた。

ているスリツプフツク4を同時に、かつ一瞬のう
ちに外す必要があり、それら複数のスリツプフツ
ク4および鋼索3の取外し作業は困難であるとと
もに危険であつた。

を進水用滑走台3を固縛した状態で船渠2内に入
渠させて、次にロで示すように船渠底2aと滑走
台3の下面が近接するまで船渠2内の海水を排水
する。次に、潜水作業者が海中に潜つて滑走台3
が浮上しないよう船渠底2aに滑走台3を固定ワ
イヤー4で固縛する。その後、滑走台3を船体1
に固縛している鋼索5のスリツプフツク6を外し
て、船体1と滑走台3との固縛を解放する。

以上述べたように本発明工法による船の進水用
滑走台の取外し工法は、進水船体を進水用滑走台

走台の下面が船渠底に近接するまで船渠内の水を
排水し、次に水上に浮上する滑走台はこれを船渠
底に連結し、次に該滑走台と該進水船体との固縛
を開放し、次に該船渠内に注水して該進水船体を
浮上させて、該船体と該滑走台とを分離せしめた
後、該船体を船渠から出渠せしめて行なうので、
その取外し作業は、天候に影響されることなく船
渠内の安定した条件下で行なわれることとなり、
従来工法に比べ安全かつ能率的に行ない得る。ま
た、船渠の注排水機能を有効的に利用するので、
従来工法のように海上クレーンを用いなくてもよ
く、従来より作業コストが低くてすむ。
