図において、符号1はコンバインの本体で、こ
の本体1の後部には脱穀排稈を結束して放出する

のものに比べ排稈の穂先側寄りを結束するもの
で、その後部位置には結束排稈排出装置3が設け
られている。
結束排稈排出装置3は、ノツター2の上部に一
端を固着し他端を機体後方一側方に屈曲させて延
伸した支持フレーム4に、ステー5を介して無端
チエンからなる搬送帯6を支持し、搬送帯6は、
その始端部をノツター2の結束排稈放出位置にの
ぞませ、終端部は支持フレーム4の先端部に延出
したもので、その終端部は支持フレーム4の先端
部まで延出している。また、前記搬送帯6の終端
部の高さは支持フレーム4の高さとほぼ等しくな
るように始端部から傾斜して上昇しており、その
高さは、結束排稈を圃場に接することなく垂下で
きるように設定されている。搬送帯6の搬送面と
対向する位置には、挾扼レール7が支持フレーム
4に支持され配設されており、この挾扼レール7
を搬送帯6とで結束排稈の穂先側を挾持し搬送す
るようにしている。
前記挾扼レール7の終端位置で、搬送帯6の搬
送終端部には、搬送6の搬送面と対向して本発明
に係る回転ガイド8を設けている。この回転ガイ
ド8は、搬送帯6および挾扼レール7により挾持
搬送された結束排稈と接触してこれを水平方向に
回転させるもので、第2図および第4〜5図に示
すように、支持フレーム4に設けたブラケツト9
にピン10を介して枢着され、かつ、ばね11に
よつて搬送帯6側に付勢されているガイド体12
で構成され、ガイド体12の搬送帯6との対向面
には円弧部12aを形成している。この円弧部1
2aは第4図に示すように表面が平滑なもののほ
か、第5図a,bに示すようにギザギザ状にして
摩擦抵抗が大きくなるようにしてもよいものであ
る。
また、結束排稈排出装置3には、支持フレーム
4の基端側に一端を固着され、他端側を搬送帯6
の後端部下方に延出させたガイド棒13が設けら
れている。さらに、搬送帯6の搬送終端部の、本
体1の進行方向に位置して、放出ガイド板14が
支持フレーム4に固着され配設されている。
このような構成においては、コンバインの収穫
作業によつて脱穀部で脱穀された排稈は、ノツタ
ー2で排稈の長さ方向のほぼ中間部を結束されて
排出される。この排出位置で結束排稈は、その穂
先側を挾扼レール7と搬送帯6との間に挾持さ
れ、株元側を垂下した姿勢で搬送帯6の終端側に
向け搬送される。この搬送過程において、結束排
稈の株元側には機体の走行、振動などで振子のよ
うな揺動力が働くことになるが、この揺動力はガ
イド棒13に規制されて揺動することなく移動す
る。
そして、結束排稈の穂先側が挾扼レール7を離
れて回転ガイド8位置に到ると、搬送帯6の送り
作用に対して、ばね11により押圧されるガイド
体12の円弧部12aとの接触による摩擦力によ
つて水平方向に回転力が働き、結束排稈は穂先側
を中心にして回転し、株元側は回転による遠心力
によつて外側に広がり、この状態で穂先側が搬送
帯6および回転ガイド12から放出されて落下す
る。この落下の際にも、放出ガイド板14で圃場
面近くまで案内されるので、結束排稈は確実に圃
場面に立てられる。また、放出ガイド板14は、
コンバインの進行方向前側に設けられているの
で、コンバインの進行によつて一旦圃場に立てら
れた結束排稈に接触してこれを倒すことがない。
