The latter method has a quiet effect, but it takes time and effort to assemble the soundproofing material, resulting in poor productivity and high costs. Furthermore, the sound insulating plate was misaligned when incorporated into a vacuum cleaner, making assembly difficult, and the misalignment increased noise and reduced the suction performance of the vacuum cleaner, resulting in unstable quality.

A rectangular parallelepiped-shaped breathable sound-absorbing material made of spongy flame-retardant polyurethane foam is provided with a notch that penetrates from one side to the opposite side and is not separated on both end faces, and furthermore, no penetration is made on either side of the notch. A notch is provided, and an impermeable sound insulation board is attached to each of the notches on both sides.
The cut through the sound absorbing material is widened and arranged at intervals around the outer circumference of the bracket, and both ends are sandwiched between the rear of the fan case of the electric blower and a support wall that supports the rear of the electric blower, and the part where the sound insulation plate is attached is This is opposed to the exhaust direction of the exhaust port of the bracket.

The sound absorbing material 12' has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and a notch 14 penetrating through the opposite surface is provided at approximately the center of the thickness of each surface so that when both longitudinal surfaces are compressed, the sound absorbing material 12' becomes substantially circular. Moreover, both ends of this notch 14 are not cut off as much as possible so that they can be formed into a substantially circular shape.

This eliminates the need for special fixing means.

That is, when the sound-absorbing material 12' is formed into a substantially circular shape, both surfaces that are compressed are positioned away from the exhaust direction of the exhaust port 11, thereby shielding the sound coming from the exhaust port 11 and blocking the flow of exhaust gas. It is turned to attenuate the sound and reduce noise.

の効果は大になる。 Furthermore, as a means of reducing noise, we can change the position of the notch that divides the sound-absorbing material into two, making the side where the sound is louder thicker, or easily convert the sound-insulating material to a different material or thickness. Noise reduction can be easily studied, and the effect of noise reduction can be increased by easily arranging the sound insulating plate to face the exhaust direction of the exhaust port of the electric blower.
