る。この中央気密材3aと前後気密材3bとは障
子1の外観をそこなわない位置に取付けられ、ま
た形状も障子1の外観をそこなわない形状となつ
ている。気密材受け形材8としては中央召し合せ
部分に設ける中央気密材受け形材8aと、前後の
召し合せ部分に設ける前後気密材受け形材8bと

12に対して係止頭部11が傾斜した状態となつ

すように中央気密材3aが変形し、舌片13、当
り部12が中央気密材受け形材8aの開口端片1
4及び障子1の端面と面一となるようにしてあ
り、このとき同時に中央気密材3aの当り部12
に第28図b矢印方向の弾性力が付勢されること
となる。中央召し合せ部分の他方の障子1の端面
部には上下全長に亘つて断面台形状の雄部材15
が木釘と接着剤とを併用して取付けてあり、中央
部を召し合せしたとき雄部材15が中央気密材3
aの当り部12を押圧すると共に舌片13を押圧
して気密、水密、遮音性を向上させるようになつ
ている。一方前後の中央召し合せ部分において
は、室内側の障子1の外面側に大段部16と、大
段部16のなすコーナ部分に設けた小段部17
と、小段部17に連通する切り込み18とを設
け、この小段部17と切り込み18とで構成され
る嵌め込み凹所19に前後気密材受け形材8bの
嵌め込み片20を嵌め込んで固着し、前後気密材
受け形材8bの略リツプ付コ字状の嵌め込み溝2
1に前後気密材3bの膨出部22を嵌め込むもの
である。前後気密材3bは軟質高重合度の塩化ビ
ニールのような弾性を有する軟質の合成樹脂にて
形成してあり、第21図に示すように当り部23
に細首部24を介して膨出部22が設けてあり、
細首部24の基部から舌状片25が延出してあ
り、当り部23は内部が中空となつていて、この
ように当り部23内を中空とすることにより弾性
力が付与されるようになつている。一方前後の召
し合せ部分において室外側の障子1の内面側には
当り用突条部26が設けてあり、木釘と接着剤と
を併用して当り用突条部26を障子1に取付ける
ものである。したがつて前後の障子1を召し合せ
した場合当り用突条部26が前後気密材3bの当
り部23を押圧して気密性、水密性、遮音性を保
つようになつている。枠体2はアルミニウムのよ
うな金属製であつて、下枠2aと、無目2bと、
上枠2cと左右の縦枠2dとを枠組みして構成し
てある。左右の縦枠2dの側面部の室外側には障
子1の端部が挿入される凹所27が設けてあり、
この凹所27の相対向する内側壁のうち室外側の
内側壁に端部縦気密材28を係合するための係合
部29が設けてあつて、この係合部29に高重合
度軟質塩化ビニールのような弾性を有し且つ軟質
の合成樹脂にて形成した端部縦気密材28の被係
合部30が係合され、障子1を閉じた場合障子1
の戸先が端部縦気密材28のS状部31を押圧し
て気密性、水密性、遮音性を保つようになつてい
る。また凹所27の内側壁のうち室内側の内側壁
にはモヘア取付部32が設けてあつてモヘア33
が取付けてある。下枠2aと無目2bとには端部
横気密材34を係止するための係止部35が設け
てあり、この係止部35に高重合度軟質塩化ビニ
ールのような弾性を有し且つ軟質の合成樹脂にて
形成した端部横気密材34が係止され、障子1の
下縁が端部横気密材34の2叉片37を押圧して
気密、水密、遮音性を保つている。また上枠2c
と無目2bとには第7図、第8図に示すようにモ
ヘア取付部32が設けてあつて、モヘア33が取
付けてある。図中38は枠体2に設けた吊り束で
あつて、この吊り束38と無目2bの前後面の面
端に木質板嵌め込み部39が設けてあり、この木

密材受け形材を設け、この前後気密材受け形材に
当り突条に押し当てられる前後気密材を設けて成
ることを特徴とする引違戸装置。
1.
