As a result, the indoor air gradually becomes contaminated and contains a lot of dirt, but to prevent this, it is necessary to install a separate air filter or air cleaning device, which is expensive, increases operating costs, and requires cleaning. It also requires a lot of effort.

装置とすることにより解決した。 The present invention has been carried out with the aim of creating a heat exchanger that has a simple structure and is easy to use in place of the conventional heating/cooling device, and a heating and cooling medium conduit is placed close to the wall surface of the cyclone body. Hot or cold water is passed through the medium to exchange heat with the gas swirling inside the cyclone, and the air heated or cooled to an appropriate temperature is circulated indoors to remove debris that has adhered to the medium or the can. The problem was solved by using a device that sprays water from a provided cleaning water spout to clean the area.

てもよい。 The present invention will be explained with reference to the accompanying drawings. The can body is a heat exchanger body, and is made of iron plate, aluminum plate, synthetic resin plate, etc., and has a cylindrical shape, and the bottom part 2 has a cone shape. A heat insulating material 3 is attached to the outside of the can body 1, and the heat insulating material 3 is made of glass wool, asbestos, foamed resin, or the like. An air intake pipe 4 is opened in the upper part of the can body 1, and air is blown into the inner surface of the cylinder in the tangential direction. Further, an air exhaust pipe 5 is provided vertically in the center of the can body 1, and its upper end passes through the top plate of the can body and communicates with an air conduit 5' provided outside the can body 1. Therefore, the air from the air intake pipe 4 reaches the lower part while swirling inside the can body 1, rises from the lower part of the air discharge pipe 5, and moves in the direction of the arrow. Further, inside the can body 1, an outer piping 6 is provided in a helical manner at a location close to the wall surface of the can body, and a heat medium is allowed to flow therethrough. If necessary, a spiral inner pipe 7 may be provided close to the outer wall surface of the air exhaust pipe 5 to allow the heat medium to flow therethrough.

It will be discharged from 10. A large number of water spouts 11a and 11b of the cleaning water pipes 11 are provided in the upper and lower parts of the can body 1, and are arranged above or below the upper and lower rows of the pipes 6 and 7. Inside,
Cleaning water can be ejected toward the outer surface of the air exhaust pipe 5. Further, a discharge port 12' is provided below the cone portion 2, so that cleaning water or drain from gas cooling inside the can can be drained. Therefore, the air from the air intake pipe 4 flows into the can body 1.
Dust and the like are separated therein by a cyclone effect, heated or cooled to an appropriate temperature by pipes 6 and 7, and the air at the appropriate temperature is sent out from an air discharge pipe 5. In addition, the separated garbage is passed through the washing water pipe 11, and the water is passed through the nozzle 11.
a, 11b...... can be washed away by using a water fountain.

よい。 The device of the present invention can be used indoors such as a hospital room, living room, lecture hall, etc.
It is suitable for heating and cooling rooms such as refrigerators, constant temperature baths, and smoking rooms.Next, an example of its application to smoking will be explained. Please refer to Figure 3. In the figure, 13 indicates a smoking chamber, and a smoke conduit 14 is provided in the center. The conduit 14 has a large number of through holes 15 bored around its circumference. Further, around the through hole, inclined smoked material mounting tables 16 are provided in multiple stages. A baffle plate 17 is provided at the upper part of the smoking chamber 13, and a smoke exhaust pipe 18 is opened at the upper part. The smoke exhaust pipe 18 communicates with a smoke pipe 19' from the smoke generating chamber 19, and a chimney 20 is provided in the middle of the smoke exhaust pipe 18, and a damper 21 is attached to the attachment part of the chimney 20 to partially exhaust the smoke. It is designed to escape to the outside. The smoke from the smoke pipe 18 is removed by the blower 22.
It is blown into the cyclone 23, but the cyclone 2
3 has a smoke conduit 24 in the center, a water pipe 25 is provided around it, and the water pipe 25 has a large number of nozzles 26.
is provided to spray water toward the wall of the cyclone 23. Therefore, the smoke pipes 18 and 19'
Centrifugal force is applied to the smoke, and dust, tar, etc. are removed by contact with the sprayed water, and clean smoke flows out from the smoke pipe 24. The other end of the smoke pipe 24 is opened to the can body 1 of the cyclone of the heat exchanger of the present invention, and the above-mentioned pipes 6 and 7 are provided inside the can body 1 of the cyclone.
7 is in communication with a hot water tank 28 via a pump 8, so that the smoke is heated to the temperature required for low smoking or hot smoking. Furthermore, the cyclone effect also removes impurities such as tar that could not be removed by the cyclone 23. By continuing this operation, the can body 1 and the pipes 6, 7 become gradually contaminated, so they are sometimes cleaned by spraying water from the nozzles 11a, 11b, . . .
The smoke, which has been cleansed by removing foreign matter again, is sent out from the smoke conduit 5', guided to the smoke conduit 14, dispersed in the chamber 13, and placed on the smoking object 2 placed on the mounting table 16.
7 reaches the surrounding area and is discharged from the flue pipe 18. Excess exhaust gas is discharged from the chimney 20, and the remainder is circulated as described above. In this way, the smoke comes into good contact with the object to be smoked, improving the smoking effect, and the temperature of the pipes 6 and 7 only needs to be adjusted by adjusting the water temperature of the tank 28, and the humidity inside the smoke pipe 24. Simply open a steam pipe (not shown) and blow in steam.

An air conduit 31 is provided at the bottom of the
Cyclone 33 is reached, where a large number of nozzles 3
The air from the first cyclone 33 enters the can body 1 of the cyclone of the present invention through the air conduit 34 by contacting with cooling water sprayed from the first cyclone 3' to cool and humidify and simultaneously remove foreign substances such as dust. In the can body 1, cold water at about 0°C is sent from the cold water tank 28' to pipes 6 and 7, so the air is cooled and becomes air with a saturated humidity of about 0°C, which is returned to the refrigerator 30 through the air discharge pipe 5. do. Dust and dew attached to the pipes 6 and 7 are occasionally washed away with cold water from the washing water spouts 11a, 11b, . . . . By doing so, it is possible to simultaneously remove dust and cool the inside of the refrigerator 30.

Therefore, as in the above example, the pipes 6 and 7 as medium conduits are placed inside the cyclone. It is also possible to provide one or more of them and further provide them outside the cyclone to cool the can body 1.

る。 According to the present invention, the outer pipe 6 for media distribution is spirally routed inside the cyclone can at a location close to the wall of the can (furthermore, if necessary, the inner pipe 7 is connected to the air exhaust pipe). As a result of the circular circulation on the surface, the air taken into the air intake pipe 4 flows smoothly along the pipe, and its speed is not hindered at all and moves quickly inside the cyclone.
Moreover, since the piping is installed close to the inner surface of the cyclone, the contact area with the air is extremely large, and even though air moves quickly inside the cyclone as described above, the entire surface of the piping is , sufficient contact over the whole or the entire circumference,
Heat can be exchanged efficiently in an extremely short period of time.
