When installing a cable with a messenger wire, a method is used in which a lifting rope is fixed to the tip of the messenger wire of the cable body, and the cable is lifted without applying tension to the cable conductor. In this case, the cable is inside a high-rise building.
In the part where the cable is suspended from the ceiling of the upper floor and later laid horizontally to the electrical room, the wire is no longer needed, so a method is used in which it is cut from the cable itself in advance.

Therefore, as shown in Fig.
As a result, in order to fix the lifting rope 4 to the messenger wire of the cable 3, the cable is pulled out from the drum for several tens of meters until the tip of the messenger wire comes out, and then the cable is connected to the wire 7. Ropes must be connected, a large space is required for pulling out the cables, and it takes a lot of time to prepare for construction on site.

In other words, the lifting installation method of the present invention, when lifting a cable with a support line in which the support line messenger wire is collectively held by a cable sheath, is used to install the messenger wire section in advance at a predetermined length of several tens of meters on the lifting side. After separating and cutting the wires from the cable body, temporarily connect them to each other at the cut end using a connecting tool, and attach the disconnected messenger wires vertically to the cable body and bind them every few meters. The cable is lifted by fixing a lifting rope to the end of the rear cable.

At a length of several tens of meters on the lifting side of the cable 12, some of the messenger wires 13', 13' are cut off, and the cable body 12 is cut off.
The wires are fixed vertically with bind wires 14 at intervals of about 1 meter, and each wire wire 1
3' and 13' are cut from the messenger wires 13 and 13 that are integrated with the cable 12 and are temporarily connected 15, and clamps 16 and 1 are attached to the ends of the wires 13 and 13, which are integrated with the cable 12.

As described above, according to the present invention, the unnecessary part of the messenger wire in the horizontal laying part of the cable is used as it is, temporarily connected to the messenger wire that is integrated with the cable, and then attached vertically to the cable body. By simply connecting a lifting rope to the tip of the messenger wire to be removed, it can be immediately lifted and used for installation. Furthermore, the temporary connection and binding of the messenger wire can be performed separately from the lifting rope connection work, so if you temporarily connect and bind the unnecessary messenger wire when cutting it off during cable manufacturing, you can easily Instead of pulling out the cable several tens of meters at the top of the drum, the cable can be immediately lifted and laid by simply fixing the rope to the cable wire at the end of the cable.

Further, according to the present invention, when two messenger wires are used, the messenger wires can be used as they are for lifting, so that balanced and stable lifting can be performed. This also eliminates the need for correction work due to twisting of the cable. In particular, by providing a pair of guide rollers at the lifting passage portions of the two messenger wires, it is possible to suppress rotation and prevent twisting.

As explained above, the installation method of the present invention simplifies the connecting gar layer between the lifting rope and the messenger wire, speeds up the lifting and installation process, and greatly reduces the working time, and its industrial value is There is something big.
