本発明は発電機、電動機等の回転電機の励磁に
使用する磁石特にフエライトマグネツトの固定方

が両端に取付けられる。2は接着剤で後述のよう
に磁石を固着する。3はフエライト磁石である。
5は金属(アルミニウム、鉄等)製の筒体をなす
マグネツトカバーで、ヨーク1の内周に嵌合する
大径部5aとこの大径部5aに連続しヨーク1の
内周との間に磁石3を収容する間隙を介した小径
部5eが形成されている。また、マグネツトカバ
ー5の大径部5aと反対側は底部5cが形成され

んで磁石3を前記ヨーク1とマグネツトカバー5
との間に圧入する。ここで磁石の内周は筒状のマ
グネツトカバーによつて覆われる。次で第3図D
に示す如くマグネツトカバー5の磁石3の入つて
いない部分を4箇所しごいてしごき部5b(第2
図E参照)を形成し磁石3の位置決めをする。次
でこれを予熱したのち、第3図Eに示す如く磁石
3の周囲に接着剤2を滴下すると、接着剤2はヨ
ーク1の内周面と磁石3の外周面との間隙、磁石
3の内周面とマグネツトカバー5の外周面との間
隙に浸透し、ヨーク1、磁石3、マグネツトカバ
ー5を相互に固着する。そして、余分な接着剤は
流れ落ちるが、マグネツトカバー5の大径部5a
によつて止められヨーク1から流れ出ることはな

グネツト固定状態の管理が大幅に軽減される。
尚、上記実施例に於いてはアルミニウム製のマグ
ネツトカバーに付き説明をしたが、マグネツトカ
バーとしては磁性体、非磁性体を問わず任意の材
質のものを適用可能であることは勿論である。ま
た、マグネツトカバーに底部5cを構成しておけ
ば、組付時にマグネツトカバー5と磁石3を圧入
する際に、治具6に当てる部分として使用でき組
