DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a speaker that uses a sealed space provided between a drive system and a vibration system as a mechanical filter, and prevents performance deterioration due to vibration fatigue of an elastic body that constitutes a part of the sealed space. This is how it was done.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, a dust cap 3, an elastic body 4, an auxiliary diaphragm 5, a lid 6, and a bobbin 7 constitute a sealed space. In this way, when the bobbin 7 vibrates slowly, this vibration is transmitted to the diaphragm 2 through the closed space, but when the bobbin 7 vibrates quickly, the expansion and contraction of the closed space cannot follow the movement of the bobbin 7. The vibrations of the bobbin 7 are absorbed in the closed space and are not transmitted to the diaphragm 2. As a result, bass sounds can be reproduced, but treble sounds cannot be reproduced.
It is possible to achieve the same functionality as adding a low-pass filter.

In particular, instead of using the elastic body 4 as it is as a mechanical filter as shown in FIG.
If you use a sealed space that partially uses as a mechanical filter, the compliance of the sealed space will be independent of the vibration fatigue of the elastic body 4, and as a result, the elastic body 4 will not "sag" after long-term use. Even if something happens, the effect is that the playback band will not change.

However, if a well-known cloth coated with rubber is used as the elastic body 4, the surface rubber will peel off from the cloth due to vibration fatigue, and the sealed air will leak between the fibers of the cloth. There are problems such as leakage and failure to obtain a predetermined gas elasticity.

In order to solve this problem, the present invention uses rubber as the elastic body 4. If rubber is used in this way, air will not leak even due to vibration fatigue unless the elastic body 4 itself comes off from the sub-diaphragm 5 or the coupler ring 14, and therefore the specified gas elasticity will always be maintained. can be obtained. Although the rubber includes natural rubber, chloroprene rubber, silicone rubber, etc., it is preferable to use synthetic rubber, which has strong weather resistance.

By the way, when rubber is used as the elastic body 4, even if the elastic body is stretched to the maximum extent and becomes a straight line when a large input is applied, when more input is applied, the elasticity of the rubber itself causes it to become elastic. It is conceivable that the body 4 is forcibly stretched and torn due to elastic fracture. This phenomenon is particularly severe when the rubber becomes brittle due to fatigue or aging.

To solve this problem, a woven fabric 16 may be laminated on the back side of the rubber 15 forming the elastic body 4, as shown in FIG. In this way, even if the rubber 15 is pricked when a large input is applied, the pruning force is applied only to the woven cloth 16 and not to the rubber 15 because the elongation rate of the woven cloth 16 is small. Therefore, the rubber 15 will not be torn even when a large input is applied. The woven fabric 16 is preferably one that is hard to tear, and synthetic fibers are more preferable than natural fibers.

Of course, the woven fabric 16 is made of rubber 1 as shown in FIG.
5 may be laminated on both the front and back sides. This not only increases the strength of the rubber 16 against tearing, but also improves the center holding function of holding the bobbin 7 at the center of the magnetic gap due to the action of the woven fabric 16.

As described above, the present invention uses a sealed space as a mechanical filter and is made of elastic rubber that constitutes a part of the sealed space to maintain the airtightness of the sealed space. The air in the closed space will not leak even if the air is closed, and changes in air elasticity over time can be reliably prevented.
