ており、より短い歯はより長い歯よりも大きな正
のレーキ角を有させることにより、各鋸歯の材料
に対する切込み量が減少するため、あさりの非対
称によつて起る鋸振れが減衰されて、一般の帯鋸
による挽材時にに図面第2図に示す様に発生して
いたゆうれい模様が認められなくなり、当然の結
果として切断面が正確になつて、挽き代は減少
し、切削速度は速まつて切削音は低くなり、鋸歯
は長寿命となるなどのすぐれた効果を奏する。

b10の10の切削エツジを有する様にしたもので、
更に必要に応じては、あさり巾を2段以上のw,
w′,w″の様に3段か、それ以上に変化させるこ
ともあり得るが、この場合についての図面は省略

対して図面第8図及び第9図に示す様に当り、あ
さり巾の広い左振れと右振れの鋸歯a2,a3に
対しては図面第10図及び第11図に示す様に当
つて、角度の異る各鋸歯a1とa2とa3を自動
的に研磨するものである。

が可能で、しかも、この帯鋸2は各鋸歯aのあさ
り巾を広狭に変化させてあるから、あさり巾の設
定状態によりその切削エツジは、図面第5図に示
す様にb1〜b9の9つ、或は図面第6図に示す様に
b1〜b10の10得られるため、この帯鋸2による材
料の切削は9つ若しくは10の切削エツジにより区
分的に行われて、一歯当りの切込量を少くする。
従つて、あさりの非対称によつて生ずる鋸振れは
著しく減衰されるため、前記した鋸振れの大きい
場合、材料の切口に現われた図面第2図に示す通
りのゆうれい模様は現われなくなり、切断面の平
滑度を良くすると共に、帯鋸2による材料の挽代
(鋸挽により材料が屑になる部分)を減少させ
る。又、鋸振れが減少すれば、鋸の切削速度は速
められ、切削音を減少させて鋸歯aの歯持ちを向
上させる機能も果されるものである。

速められるため作業能率が上つて、切削音は低下
するため騒音防止に有効で、且つ鋸歯の摩耗が減
少して歯寿命延長にも奏効する。
