る。 Conventional insulated tanks for vehicles that transport high-viscosity liquids such as asphalt and fatty acids have a wall thickness (approximately An outer tank 02 with a diameter of 1.6 mm) is provided, and a heat insulating material is filled between the inner and outer tanks 01 and 02, and an appropriate number of reinforcing girders are interposed. Furthermore, the lower end of a protective frame 03 for protecting a manhole formed at the top of the inner tank 01 in the event of a rollover is welded to the upper part of the inner tank 01, and the upper part thereof is made to protrude above the outer tank 02. Further, on the upper part of the inner tank 01 and on the outside of the protective frame 03, a side frame 04 is provided to prevent the tank from rolling over at a predetermined angle or more and to prevent damage to the manhole. The inner tank 01 has a structure in which the side ends are welded to the protection frame 03, the upper part is made to protrude from the outer tank 02, and the middle part of the side frame 04 is welded to the outer tank 02.

At the same time, the side frame welded to the inner tank will also move. However, because heat is not transferred to the outer tank, it does not expand and contract like the inner tank does, and as a result, stress concentrates in the corners of the outer tank that are cut out for the side frame, causing cracks. There was a problem.

したものである。 In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention makes the wall thickness of the outer tank almost the same as that of the inner tank, and also provides a protective frame and side frames on the outer tank so that the expansion and contraction of the inner tank can be controlled by the protective frame and side frames. This is to prevent it from being transmitted to the frame.

とができる。 As described above, in the present invention, the outer tank is formed with approximately the same wall thickness as the inner tank, and the protective frame and side frame are fixed to the outer tank, so that the inner tank does not expand or contract due to the heat of the liquid. However, the protective frame and side frame do not move as a result, and it reliably prevents cracks in the outer tank and deformation of the outer tank, side frame, and protective frame as in the conventional case. can do. Further, heat inside the tank is no longer transmitted to the protective frame or side frame and radiated to the outside as in the conventional case, and heat can be reliably maintained.
