本発明は携帯型電動式の丸鋸、殊に電池を電源
とするとともに切り込み深さの調整を行なえるよ

面に載るベース1に対して丸鋸本体2がねじれ、

バーを介して取手を位置させることになり、丸鋸
の重心から取手が離れてしまうために使い難いと

対して丸鋸本体がねじれるようなモーメントを生
じないようにすると同時に、取手を鋸刃の回転面
とは軸方向に異なつた位置に配置することができ
るようにしたものである。

35の操作でばね19により電池7を押し上げる
ことによつて、電池端子17が電池接触端子18
と接触し、また邪魔板21によつて電池7の抜け
止めがなされるものである。電池7が収納凹所8
内に確実に固定されるようにするとともに、衝撃
が加わつてもばね19及びこのばね19よりも弱
いばね29の存在で収納凹所8が破損することが
ないようにしているわけである。またこの収納凹
所8の開口部に取付けた蓋金具40は、第10図
から明らかなように丸鋸本体2に軸41を設けて
蓋金具40に2叉状に形成した軸受部42と収納
凹所8外面の突起44に係合するフツク43とを
設けることによつて、組み付けを簡単に行なえる
ようにされており、更に軸41のせん断力、軸4
1と軸受部42との結合力、フツク43と突起4

えるものであり、しかも取付部5は鋸刃9の回転
面の延長上に配しているが、軸4は軸方向にずれ
た位置に設けているために、取手3も鋸刃9の回
転面から軸方向にずれた位置に設けることができ
て、丸鋸の重心に近付けることができるために、
使い勝手も良いものである。もつとも、丸鋸本体
2を軸4を中心として回動させることによつて切
り込み深さの調整を行なつた場合、力点Aが線l
から少しずれることになるが、第6図に示すよう
に切り込み深さが最も浅くなるようにした場合に
モーメントの影響を一番受けやすくなるのである
から、この時に力点Aと線lとが完全に一致する

配設される丸鋸本体を、ベースに対して丸鋸本体
を回動自在に連結する第1取付部と、任意の連結
角度でベースに丸鋸本体を固定する第2取付部と

突出量を可変とした丸鋸であつて、少なくとも一
方の取付部を鋸刃の回転面より鋸刃の軸方向に離
れた位置に設置するとともに第1取付部と第2取
付部とを鋸刃の軸方向にずれた位置に配設し、第
1取付部と第2取付部とをその平面において結ぶ
線上に取手を設けて成ることを特徴とする丸鋸。 2 取手は丸鋸本体におけるモータ収納部と電池
