The present invention relates to the structure of a nonwoven fabric base material used in a molded brassiere cup. The base material of molded brassiere cups (hereinafter referred to as MBC), which generally uses nonwoven fabric, is made by using polyester fiber alone or by fixing it to a mixed web with other fibers with a binder that has shape-forming properties such as thermoplastic resin or synthetic rubber. MBC is obtained by forming a bulky nonwoven fabric using a hot pressure molding machine equipped with a pair of male and female molds. Although this conventional MBC has an excellent shape and texture when molded, it is difficult to avoid deformation, fuzzing, wrinkles, etc. when washed or worn for a long period of time, which significantly shortens its useful life. . In view of the above circumstances, the present invention is a molded brassiere cup that eliminates the drawbacks of conventional MBC and makes it possible to obtain MBC that is flexible and has a good texture, as well as excellent moldability, wash resistance, and shape retention. The present invention provides a nonwoven fabric base material, and the structure of the present invention will be explained below. First, the laminated mixed fiber web that constitutes the present invention is a composite of ordinary fibers with a thickness ranging from 1 denier to 15 denier that can be spun, and a polyester composite whose sheath part has a melting point of 130 to 160°C and the core part has a melting point of 250°C or more. The mixing ratio of the polyester composite fibers is 5 to 30% in the upper layer and 40 to 80% in the lower layer.
It consists of a laminated web of two or more layers with different mixing ratios in stages. The composite fibers in this laminated web do not contribute to adhesion when formed into a bulky nonwoven fabric, but when molded into a brassiere cup by hot pressure molding, they work effectively to bond the fibers together. In the above bonding state, the upper layer of the cup has fewer bonding points and the lower layer has many bonding points, so the upper layer is soft and the lower layer is firm and provides excellent shape retention. In addition, the web weight of one layer in the laminated web is preferably in the range of 30 to 70 g/ m2 , and depending on the ordinary fibers mixed in the web,
Polyester and polyamide are generally used, although they have a large effect on the properties of MBC. To obtain MBC with more favorable properties, fibers with a small initial modulus are used in the upper layer, and fibers with a large initial modulus are used in the lower layer as normal fibers. Advantageously, it is used to construct the web. Next, in order to fix the fibers of the above laminated mixed fiber web, a binder is sprayed from both surfaces of the laminated web.The amount of spraying is 20g on the upper layer to ensure sufficient softness. /m 2 or less, 20g/m 2 in the lower layer to ensure perfect shape retention after molding.
-100 g/ m2 , which is appropriately determined depending on the required performance, and the lower layer is applied at a weight of 1 to 7 for the upper layer. In addition, polyacrylic acid ester copolymer, polyvinyl acetate and these copolymers, synthetic rubber, etc. are used as the above-mentioned binder, but in order to obtain an excellent feel, polyurethane and excellent wash resistance are used. It is advantageous to use polyester resins to meet these requirements. Next, Table 1 shows Examples for explaining the present invention in more detail and Comparative Examples for comparison with the Examples.

The obtained bulky nonwoven fabric base material was molded into a male mold and a female mold using a pair of hot pressure molding machines to form an MBC.
The heat and pressure conditions were 190°C and 45 seconds. Next, each example molded by the above-mentioned hot pressure molding machine,

When molded, there are fewer bonding points between fibers in the upper layer of the cup, so the fibers' movement is not restricted and conforms well to the body, giving it a very soft feel and excellent rebound. In addition, the lower layer has many bonding points between fibers and exhibits shape retention, tightening the area around the bust, maintaining its shape as a whole, having excellent wash resistance, and maintaining a graceful bust line for a long time. This is an effective invention.
