【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、ベルトプレスにおける汚泥の供給
装置の改良に関する。従来、ベルトプレスにおい
て、布上に汚泥を均一に供給する装置として
は、汚泥の供給口の巾を広くしたり、供給口から
でた汚泥をトラフで受けて、このトラフから巾広
く布上に供給するか、あるいは、機械的に汚泥
を掻き拡げる手段が知られている。しかし、何れ
も布の巾が3mに達する広いものでは均一な拡
散が困難であり、しかも、汚泥の偏在による布
の蛇行やしわが発生し、布の破れの原因となつ
ていた。この発明は、供給口からでた汚泥をトラ
フで受けた後に、布上へ供給する装置に関する
ものであるが、上述のような汚泥供給上の従来の
難点を解消したものであり、汚泥の性状を巧みに
利用することによつて、簡単な構造でありながら
巾広く汚泥を均一に拡散させることができる装置
を実現したものである。

わし、上記布間に挾持された汚泥を、ロールま
たはドラム部分で加圧脱水するようにしたベルト
プレスにおいて、汚泥の供給口1の下方部に汚泥
の分配筒2を配設し、この分配筒2から溢流した
汚泥を布3の有効巾一杯に分配せしめるように
複数のガイド板4を放射状に設けると共に、この
ガイド板4の後段に邪魔板5を設けて、汚泥を一
時滞流せしめた後に溢流させて、布3上に供給
するようにしたものである。給泥装置について更
に詳述すると、第2図に示すように、分配筒2と
邪魔板5の上端には、それぞれ複数の切欠き6,
7が設けてある、特に、邪魔板5に設けた切欠き
7を分配筒2に設けた切欠き6よりも多く設けれ
ば汚泥の拡散が良好に行われて、布の有効巾一
杯に均一に汚泥の供給が可能となるものである。
また、前記汚泥の供給口1は上下に摺動可能に設
けてあり、第3図に示す実施例においては、供給
口1は汚泥の供給管8の先端と分配筒2の上端に
止着したフランジ9に摺動自在に挿通して、フラ
ンジ9に設けたボルト16で螺着するようにして
あり、分配筒2内にあつて、汚泥の流入量や性状
により汚泥が沈積や偏流を起そうとする場合に
は、供給口1を上下に摺動して汚泥の流出圧によ
りこれを防止することができるものである。な

るので、布巾が3m近くあつても従来の装置の
ように布3上で汚泥を均一にするために、機械
