巻くことができる煉り食品自動巻き装置に関す
る。

ンして後述するモータ側のクラツチを噛合するこ
とができる光電管スイツチの如き検知器6と、上
記クラツチの噛合に基づいてモータによつて連動
される付包丁7、及び成形羽根8とを備えてい
る。

とベルトコンベヤ4による成形食品Aの搬送によ
つて成形食品Aの全体は第11図の如く巻物芯B
のまわりを包む様に略くの字状に屈曲される。
尚、巻物芯Bはベルトコンベヤ4によつて搬送さ
れる成形食品Aの略中央に手作業で置かれる。次
に、付包丁7が約半回転(180度回転)して成形
食品Aを巻動芯Bのまわりに第12図の如く略コ
字状に巻くと、付包丁7の回動支点が同図矢印の
如く下方へ移動して包丁全体をベルト面4aに向
けて降下させる。第13図は付包丁7の一側縁7
aがベルト面4aに接して巻き作業を完了した状
態を示しており、この時、成形食品Aの全体は巻
物芯Bのまわりを完全に雰う形になる。また付包

る付包丁7の自動巻き運転迄続けられ、付包丁7
が前述した回動を行ない始めると、連動回転して
ベルトコンベヤ4による巻き食品Cの搬送を許す
仕組になつている。ベルトコンベヤ4によつて搬
送される巻き食品Cはコンベアの先端下方に配置
した油槽(図示せず)に直接落して揚げてもよ
く、或は別容器に一時溜めておく様にしてもよ
い。
