When a nozzle having only an orifice at its tip pumps liquid, the liquid ejected from the orifice becomes atomized and diffused as shown in FIG. 3. However, when the pressure of the liquid is reduced for the purpose of spraying a small amount, as shown in Figure 4, the liquid ejected from the orifice turns into a film shaped like a candle flame and then becomes mist droplets, and the particle size significantly decreases. It becomes non-uniform and the dispersion becomes unstable.

This nozzle has the above-mentioned structure, and this nozzle has an orifice at the tip formed with a convex strip that crosses the center by pressing, a nozzle at the center in the lengthwise direction of the convex strip, and a core on the inner surface of the orifice. Since the core is in contact with ribs that partially fit into the grooves formed on the back of the orifice, the liquid pumped into the nozzle body passes through the circumference of the core and reaches the orifice. Since the convex stripes are formed by pressing, the pumped liquid flows into the concave strips on the inner surface of the convex strips from both ends, collides at the center, and is ejected from the nozzle. Because the grooves are partially embedded, the inside of the convex strip becomes narrower, and therefore, even if the liquid pressure is low, the collision of the liquid at the center of the concave strip becomes strong and atomizes well, so that small amounts of agricultural chemicals can be This has the effect of significantly improving the spraying efficiency.

In addition, this nozzle has the above structure, and the axial hole 13 of the nozzle body 1 has a small diameter, and an outside air suction hole 14 is provided in the side wall near the rear end, and the liquid feeding hole 15 at the rear end has a small diameter. By doing so, the liquid pumped into the nozzle is atomized through the small hole at the rear end of the nozzle body, spreads throughout the axial hole 13 of the nozzle body, and advances to the orifice side, but at this time, outside air is sucked in by the ejector principle. By suctioning air through the holes 14, the mist particles become bubbles and become aggregated particles, and in this state, the mist particles do not reach far and easily adhere to the crops, resulting in high spraying efficiency despite the small amount of spraying. This has the effect that it can be done.
