すれば、目的とする濃淡染めが不可能となる。 In other words, when applying a dyeing liquid to textile products such as strings, threads, tapes, etc., if the dyeing liquid is sprayed, for example, to create shading, most of the dyeing liquid will be removed, especially in the case of yarn. However, if the textile product is immersed in a dyeing solution tank and passes through it in order to increase the application rate, it would be possible to achieve the objective. This makes it impossible to dye in different shades.

Immediately after the curled yarn 4 is placed on the net conveyor 1, it is transferred to the upper net conveyor 2. Therefore, in the sandwiched state, it can move from the left to the right in the figure as both conveyors move.

The dryer 7 is a high-pressure steamer through which the yarn is passed while being held by a net conveyor, and the inside of the high-pressure steamer 7 maintains high-pressure, moist heat of, for example, about 160°C. The sealing devices 7a and 7b provided at the inlet and outlet of the high-pressure steamer are configured to allow the thread 4 and the net conveyor to pass through, but to retain the high-pressure moist heat inside the steamer. The sealing devices 7a and 7b have various structures developed by the present inventor, and many of them are known, and since they are not the subject of the present invention, a description of the sealing devices 7a and 7b will be omitted. Reference numeral 8 is a washing chamber for washing the yarn discharged from the high-pressure steamer 7, and 9 and 10 are conveyor washing chambers for washing the net conveyor.

This curled superimposed yarn is soon pressed and transferred by the upper net conveyor 2, and first absorbs the liquid jetted from the dyeing liquid jetting nozzle 5. Since the curled superimposed yarn has an overlapping part of the yarn and an overlapping part with the net conveyor, there are some parts where the dyeing solution is not attached, and the dyeing solution-impregnated part becomes uneven or light and dark, resulting in uneven dyeing. is obtained.

ものである。 This yarn is supplied into the high-pressure steamer 7 through the sealing device 7a in a half-dried state by the intermediate dryer 6. Since the dye impregnated into the thread when passing through this sealing device 7a is in a half-dry state, it is relatively unlikely that the dye will be transferred to the sealing roll or the net conveyor even if it is pressed against the sealing roll 7a' of the sealing device. few. In this way, the dye of the yarn supplied into the high-pressure steamer and subjected to high-pressure moist heat is fixed to the yarn for 1 to 2 minutes, and then led out of the steamer through the exit side sealing device 7b, and then washed in the cleaning room. After being dried, the cheese is rolled up into cheese 11 after passing through a drying means (not shown) for an appropriate period of time.

てもよい。 In the above embodiments, the workpiece is described as a thread, but it is not limited to this; string-like objects, tape-like objects, tows, etc. can be processed in the same way, and furthermore, a single thread, a string, a tape, etc. The structure is not limited to the shape, but a structure may be adopted in which a plurality of strips are passed through the high-pressure steamer at the same time, or a pair of upper and lower net conveyors are passed through the high-pressure steamer to enable simultaneous processing of multiple rows.

に多くなつて有効な斑染めが期待できる。 As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to dye unevenly by forming long workpieces such as threads into a curl-like superimposed state and spraying the dyeing solution, and then treating this with high-pressure moist heat in a high-pressure steamer. This has the effect of staining spots in a short time. That is, according to the present invention,
Because the fiber products are layered in a curled manner,
Compared to folded textile products, there are significantly more overlapped areas, and effective mottled dyeing can be expected.
