つた。 In general, it is desirable that the seating portion of a chair, regardless of whether it is for furniture or office use, has a shape that is optimal for a person to sit on. However, since the seating portion of a conventional chair mainly uses a plate-like member as a base, it is often configured in a planar shape. Therefore, sitting for a long time can easily cause fatigue. Furthermore, since it was assembled into a plate, many attachment members were required to create the optimal shape for seating. This poses a problem in that it takes time and effort to assemble the chair, resulting in high costs.

を提供することにある。 This invention was made to solve the above problems, and its purpose is to form the seating part with a blow-molded product with a hollow interior,
By providing a series of circumferential grooves on the vertical surface of the external periphery, it is easy to obtain the optimal shape for seating, which reduces fatigue even when seated for long periods of time, and allows for the use of attachment materials. To provide a blow-molded chair that requires a minimum number of parts, is easy to assemble, and can significantly reduce costs.

This molding die is composed of an upper mold 6 and a lower mold 7, and the upper mold 6 is in charge of molding the upper surface portion 1a that becomes the seating surface of the blow-molded product 1, so it is possible to mold the optimal shape for seating. It is formed in a recess with a curved surface configuration like this. Further, since the lower mold 7 is in charge of molding the lower surface part 1b corresponding to the bottom side of the blow-molded product 1, when the upper mold 6 and the upper mold 6 are joined in the vertical direction, the upper mold 6 molds the upper surface part 1a. A recess having a depth such that a predetermined thickness can be obtained in the height direction is formed between the lower surface portion 1b and the lower surface portion 1b which are joined at the vertical surface of the outer peripheral edge. and top part 1
A guide pin is provided on the vertical surface near the upper end of the lower mold 7 in order to form a portion 2a that engages the tensioned end 4a of the skin material 4 on the vertical surface of the outer periphery that is the joint surface between the lower mold 7 and the lower surface 1b. A plurality of lateral holes 7a are provided through which 8 can be inserted.

The following annular member 2 is brought into contact with the guide pin 8 inserted from each horizontal hole 7a to be fixedly supported.

In the annular member 2, a groove 2a having a narrow cross-section at the front and a wide cross-section at the rear is formed all around the circumference. The annular member 2 is made of an elastic material such as synthetic rubber.

ブロー成形品1の成形が完了する。 By encasing polyethylene resin inside the upper mold 6 and lower mold 7 and performing known blow molding, the annular member 2 with grooves 2a is integrally attached to the inside in a hollow state and on the vertical surface position of the outer periphery. A blow molded product 1 is produced. Therefore, when the upper mold 6 and the lower mold 7 are separated after the guide pins 8 are pulled out from each horizontal hole 7a after this molding, a series of circumferential lines are formed on the external peripheral vertical surface where the upper surface portion 1a and the lower surface portion 1b are joined. The molding of the blow-molded product 1 provided with the shaped grooves 2a is completed.

利点がある。 The main body of the seating part of the chair is formed from an internally hollow blow-molded product, and grooves 2a are formed inside the vertical surface of the external periphery.
Since the attached annular member 2 is integrally molded in a retracted shape, there is no need to remove the annular member 2 after molding the blow-molded product 1.
The molding work can be done easily and quickly, and the groove 2
A has a narrow frontage. Therefore, since the wire 5 fitted inside is not visible from the outside, there is an advantage that the appearance of the chair can be improved.

Although the guide pin 8 is inserted and fixed in the direction of the groove 2a from a to the groove 2a, the guide pin 8 is not limited to the above-mentioned insertion. When the air is removed, the annular member 2 is attracted like a suction cup, so that it can be stably fixed at the position 7a without using the guide pin 8.

ある。 As explained above, this invention was developed by forming the seating part with a blow-molded product with a hollow interior, and by providing a series of circumferential grooves on the vertical surface of the external periphery. Since the optimal shape for sitting can be easily obtained, there is little fatigue even when sitting for a long time. Since it is a blow-molded product, the upper surface, lower surface, and groove are integrally molded at the same time, making it easy to manufacture. In addition, it is formed into a thick body that is necessary for the seating portion, and the corresponding parts can be saved. Furthermore, since the cushion material and the skin material can be attached at the same time by simply inserting the wired tension end into the groove, assembly is simplified and costs can be significantly reduced.
