穿された軸挿通孔15a,15a……に夫々遊挿
されている。該軸にはスプリング18,18……
を夫々巻装してプレスラム15が下降するとき、
シールプランジヤー13が型1の上面を閉塞し、
且つ、その中心部14が被加工品2の上面に載置
するまでプレスラム15とシールプランジヤー1
3を同一速度で下降させるのである。又、前記シ
ールプランジヤー13の中心部には加工ニードル
6を遊嵌してあり、この加工ニードル6の上方部
は、前記シールプランジヤー13の上方部に突出
されており、且つ、この頭部を鍔部6aに形成
し、更に、この鍔部6aとシールプランジヤー1
3間に弾発スプリング18を巻装してある。更
に、前記プレスラム15の下面中心部にはポンチ
16が突設されており、該ポンチ16によつて前
記加工ニードル6の鍔部6aを押叩できるように

ランジヤー13の中心部14が前記被加工品2の
上面に載置され、前記液5を密封するのである。
然る後、尚、プレスラム15は下降し、加工ニー
ドル6の頭部の鍔部6aの上面を強叩する。然る
ときは、加工ニードル6の下方部は弾発スプリン
グ18に抗して前記液5内に突入するものであ
る。このとき、液5は急速に高圧となり、前記被
加工品2の内壁面を急激に加圧する。従つて、こ
の被加工品2の壁面は最も抵抗の少ない型1の前
記凹部3内に形成された凹部4その他の刻設部に
逃げる。之によつて、バルジ加工が効果的、且
つ、確実に実施できることになるのである。一
