のピストンロツド9a先端部には、冷し金10が
固着されていて、湯口部3aに差し込まれるよう

9を逆作動して冷し金10を湯口部3aから引抜
くと同時に、開閉シリンダ(図示せず)を作動し
て合せ金型1を左右に開き、次で押出しピン5を
押出し作動して、左型2に付着した鋳造品を左型
2から剥離させて下方に取出し、一方、この取出
し操作の間に、回動シリンダ11を縮引作動して
回動フレーム7をピン8を支点として回動させ、
ピストンロツド9a先端に冷し金10を固着した
シリンダ9を黒鉛塗型溶液13を貯溜した容器1
2の上方に移動せしめ、その後、引続いてシリン
ダ9を押出し作動して、そのピストンロツド9a
先端の冷し金10を黒鉛塗型溶液13に浸し、然
る後シリンダ9を逆作動してそのピストンロツド
9a先端の冷し金10を容器12上方に後退させ
ると共にシリンダ11を押出し作動して合せ金型
