It uses a colored substance.

On the other hand, various attempts have been made in the past regarding the so-called capsule spot method, in which microcapsules in which a colorless color-forming dye is dissolved in oil are made into ink. It was difficult to obtain products of excellent quality because of the drawbacks such as parts being destroyed by the process.

の部分塗布印刷を行わんとするものである。 The present invention relates to a so-called capsule spot printing method among partial coating printing methods for this type of carbonless copying paper, that is, a lipophilic coating such as a transparent wax is applied to the areas where copying is not desired by letterpress or flexographic printing. After printing the ink, the entire surface is coated with an aqueous coating liquid containing microcapsules using a reverse coater or an air knife coater, so that the hydrophilic microcapsule coating liquid is applied to the required copy area that has not been subjected to lipophilic processing. The purpose is to selectively apply the microcapsules and perform partial coating printing of the microcapsules.

となるものである。 According to the method of the present invention, in order to obtain partial coating printing of microcapsules, it is possible to use the air knife coating method, which is a manufacturing technique for colorless carbon full-page paper, and it is possible to obtain a product with a uniform coating thickness and to print. There is no need to consider the printability required for ink, and the binder of the coating liquid can be used in a wide range of applications.

The paraffin wax is used as heat-melting ink and a letterpress type carbon printing machine is used to partially print on areas that do not require copying. Next, dye-containing oil microcapsules are prepared by the coacervation method. 10% as binder to 30g of microcapsule slurry
Add 10g of PVA aqueous solution and 60g of water to prepare a water-soluble capsule coating liquid. Then, using a bar coater, a water-soluble capsule coating liquid is applied to the entire surface of the high-quality paper, which has been subjected to lipophilic treatment on areas that do not need to be copied. The capsule coating liquid applied to the entire surface is selectively applied to the areas where copying is required and which are not subjected to lipophilic treatment.
